Dr Honda and her staff are wonderful and caring. Based on recommendations from friends, my son chose Dr Honda for his Lab X. When my little dog needed compassionate end of life care, he saw Dr Honda. My other little dog, transferred to Dr Honda, too. I always thought the dogs were treated appropriately, without unnecessary tests, and the costs were reasonable. Everyone was always very helpful and fully answered our questions. Too bad we moved away.

Loved my clinic until recently. I had my cats boarded there for a day, and received a call that they found a flea on one of 4 cats. They wanted to treat with capstar so I said ok ( i know they didn't have fleas) I was then billed for a $65 exam fee that I DID NOT AUTHORIZE in order to administer a $5 flea treatment. I emailed the clinic owner, since she was not there that day. Received no apologies and was invited to take my business elsewhere. I will be doing just that, right after I collect my refund. I never thought this clinic would "gouge" but looking back.. there was a pattern of services rendered without letting me know that charge ahead of time or getting my official consent. BE WARE of what you are getting billed for from this clinic.
