Spoke to vet on phone, told her specific**** collection technique needed, asked if she would follow and she agreed. Made appointment based on this, she collected**** differently than what was agreed to prior then told me I could leave if I didn't like it. That I had no right to question her collection techniques because she's got vet credentials when I don't. But she had no business agreeing to follow a particular procedure to get me in the door as a client, then refusing to follow it. Avoid avoid avoid.
