Uneducated and expensive. Over-charged for procedures not done. Staff is rude and does not want to be bothered answering questions. Go - run- to another vet!

Awful experience with Sharon Eisen aka The Complete Cat. I don’t believe she has a license to practice medicine on our pets. She is not knowledgeable and prescribed the wrong medication. Her receptionist was rude and inconsiderate. My new vet said the treatment was not correct. Please go somewhere else!

The worst! Do not take your cat to this so-called feline specialist. She is ignorant and not educated in treating cats. Don’t make the same mistake I did!

So upset I didn't read these reviews prior to taking my cat to this awful vet. She was arrogant and uneducated. Wrong diagnosis and medications. I got a bad feeling right when I walked in and should have trusted my instincts. Do not take your cats here. FYI also known as " The Complete Cat"

Dr. Eisen is not very knowledgeable and the office is filthy. She was ready to put my cat to sleep because she said she had an incurable tumor. Luckily I took my cat to another vet and it was nothing more than an abscess. They were not very compassionate, nor apologetic and I was given an expensive bill when what I should have gotton was an apology for the wrong diagnosis that could have been fatal.

My normally nervous cat was actually purring while being examined and treated. So much cat love at this clinic. I don't mind traveling the extra distance to receive this type of care. Thank you Complete Cat!!!

I took my cat to Dr Eisen. She completed treatment without my consent, did not follow up with me as she stated she would and was VERY expense compared to other local vets.
