I would rate Northside Vet Clinic 100 on a scale of 1 to 10. We have dealt with many Vet Clinics over the past 30 years and none of them come even close to the service and pet care provided by the Northside Vet Clinic. All the staff are truly outstanding…they are extremely helpful, professional and genuinely care about your pet. In fact, our dog was close to death recently with an unknown/very rare immune disease and we came very close to requesting he be put down. The vet doctors however would not give up on him and we are so thankful to report he is now in the best health he has been for a long, long tome. Words cannot express how fantastic we believe the the staff and doctors at the Northside Vet Clinic are

I have been a client of this clinic for 5 years now and wouldn't take my pet's anywhere else! Dr. Stefanie Hilker is amazing with my large breed dog and Dr. Claudia Heger is magical with my 2 crazy cats. Highly recommend!

I have used this vet clinic for 22 years and can't speak highly enough about the staff from front desk, techs, vets. They are kind, courteous and extremely friendly. All my pets loved going there.i do think they are a tad pricey from what I hear other friends and family have paid elsewhere, but their care is top notch.

I have been taking my dog to Northside for over 5 years now and appreciate the amazing customer service I have received every time. The girls up front are always very sociable and caring and the techs and vets are always very understanding and gentle with him.

We have had incredibly good treatment at this clinic. When our dog broke his leg, due to the nature of the break they were able to treat in house and he honestly would get excited to go to the clinic because they treated him so well. I was also really impressed with the fair pricing for that issue. We have also been treated very well after hours when we required on call services. Although it's always stressful when your pet is ill, I feel confident in these lovely, knowledgable people who have my dogs' best interests at heart.

Dr Carla Schluchter and all of the Vets/staff at this clinic are excellent. I have been going here for almost 8 years and Having an allergy dog I am in to see them often. They are very knowledgeable, caring, and friendly. They take the time to explain everything with me and present all the options available to me for treatment. They go above and beyond great customer service following up with me even if it is after hours. I am lucky to have such a wonderful group of people I can count on to help my dog Fin with all her medical needs. It is nice to know they truely care about her like she is one their own.

I would highly recommend this clinic to my friends. The staff are so courteous and the vet and techs are so patient with my silly puppy owner questions. They may not be the cheapest, but they certainly have the best quality and customer service

Northside Vet clinic was so professional! They took such great care of my sick kitty. They have a wonderful emergency service as well as fair pricing. I am switching clinics so they are my full time vet. They are open late on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

I had been taking my dogs to this vet for 4 years, we recently took them again for a vaccination. We were in the room with the vet and our dog while the shots were being administered. he was scheduled to recieve 2 vaccinations however we both noticed they only gave him one needle. When we were charged for two full vaccinations we voiced our concern. The vet and entire staff denied that only one shot was administered and we were required to pay for the second vaccination that we know he never recieved. We also considered that both vaccinations were combined however according to the very same vet, those 2 vaccinations cannot be combined. We have since stopped taking our pets there. They are unreasonably priced compared to other vets and the staff does not act in a professional manner.

I have been taking my pets to this clinic for 10 + years and currently have 3 dogs and 3 cats under their care. They are lovely to deal with, very compassionate and helpful and we have had nothing but positive experiences with them. I would highly recommend.

I am a breeder who will not pass on CKC registration until I receive proof of spay/neuter. Proof is often submitted to me via a copy of the vet's invoice. I recently received such an invoice and was shocked at the price....I have received many invoices and this was more than double what any other vet has charged to spay/neuter a pup, that I have received. I get vet invoices from all over Canada and the USA. Will be advising any further puppy purchasers in the Lethbridge area, to avoid this vet and advise to make sure to check out prices ahead of time.

My dog went blind overnight and this vet was the oncall vet. They refused to see my dog because he had never been to their clinic. We took him to Calgary where he was diagnosed with retina's detaching. They were able to restore his sight but I will never go to this vet as they refused us in an emergency situation.

I was very happy with the service I initially received. When I took my 8mo old American Bulldog in to have his hips checked the vet didn't think there was anything wrong - I told them I wanted a second opinion and had the other vet request his file. I went in a few weeks later to purchase dog food and was told that my account had been closed and ALL my dogs files had been transferred. I asked to talk to the owner but was told that they didn't want my business if I didn't have confidence in their vets. I told them it was a breach in confidentiality to transfer my other dogs information without my consent and stated I was within my right to ask for a second opinion - good thing too, since he was diagnosed with hip dysplasia from the other clinic.
