Called in to purchase fluids for my cat (which I have a full prescription for) and without any reason given, they simply would not sell me the equiptment for an elderly cat in need. Cold and disgusting. Go else where for good service

I absolutely do not get along with the vet at this clinic , I believe he plays on the customers emotions and has lost all compasion. On another hand the vet assistant Trina is wonderful. I really do wish she was the vet , I would bring my pets to her any time. :) trina is the only reason I go !!!!

On my first and only visit, the vet inspected my dog and updated her vaccines. The reason that I had gone is was because we recently adopted this dog and her teeth were never kept up so a dental surgery was needed. He looked at her mouth and said he would be back with an analysis. When he came back he had said that he had never seen a dogs teeth so bad and leaned into me quite hard about it. Then he told me the initial surgery would be $2000 and an undisclosed amount for a follow up.. He proceeded to tell me that if I didn't do the surgery my dog would die and if I did do it she might not wake up from it. I was very distraught when I left. I called in the next day to book the surgery and they told me they wanted a consultation with my husband and I to talk about the surgery which was another $458. I said to my husband I am sure they are playing with our emotions. We decided to take her to PC Vet in P. Rupert the consultation, blood panel and surgery was $462! She is alive and very wel

I have been taking my animals here for awhile and do not apperciate the vet very much but i am very fond of the vet assistant trina( i believe ) she is very caring and i would hope she was the vet. I would go there just for her to care for my pets and i do...

We were treated with care and respect. My Dog and Cat have been going to this clinic for a few years now (Never any emergencies or problems) for check-ups and shots. Dr. Sager, Judy and all of the staff there have always been great with my animals. I have family members that take their dogs to this clinic as well. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone I meet. :)
