Teresa and her team were fantastic when were managing a number of complications with our dog. They understood the underlying medical issues and addressed the dental work appropriately. Teresa was very personable which helped with the anxiety we were experiencing. Teresa identifies the best possible procedure which will have the best outcome. Overall it was a very good experience.

I have used Teresa Jacobson for all my animals and would not go to any other Vet. She truly cares about the animals and always does what is best for them.

Teresa and her staff have always been kind and caring to our pets and our family. We have dealt with her for over 14 years and will continue to do so. She always explained things to us and made sure we knew what was happening.

Teresa is very knowledgeable about a variety of things. She is a bit blunt and direct..something I admire and appreciate although others might not. She is very clear and compassionate when explaining things and will always answer questions with a lot of information and detail. Our dog thinks it's a vacation going there, they give her so much attention and treats she gets spoiled haha. Teresa will provide you with all options available to you and will walk you through any decision you need to make. The admin staff has been very helpful and puts up with endless phone calls and questions from myself (haha). The only downside is that I do find her to be pricey compared to other vets. I did go to a cheaper vet once and the experience there was horrific and our dog left terrified, I will continue to pay the extra to see Teresa. She is also flexible if you cannot get in during the week or cannot afford the bills,etc talk to her to see if something can be worked out!

We were referred to Teresa and her clinic for a special case with our cat. From the moment i walked in they had been expecting us and received us with welcome and care. yes we waited a bit to see Theresa, however I am aware of time that is needed with other cases and that time would be on my side for my own pet. today was an extremely difficult day, Theresa and her staff stayed near me and kept me informed at all times what was going on with my boy. They encouraged me to interact and be there for my pet behind the scenes. Theresa is straight to the point and honest about results and outcome of things and was beyond warm and compassionate throughout this devasting time. I had driven a long ways to be there and she made sure I called her to let her know we were home safe and inquired about my pets well being. Overall despite diagnosis and so on, my experience here was memorable for the fact of all the knowledge and care and respect shown for my pet and myself. Wonderful people there.

Theresa J. used to be our farm vet. But after being advised to put 3 healthy horses down, and then countless useless, risky and costly tests, we started to learn our lesson. She came as an emergency vet for our horse one time and nearly killed it with over drugging/sedation. Then proceeded to charge over $1000 for what ended up being a very mild gas colic that just passed. On all our animal emergency care sheets (boarding agreements / while away vet care approval letters) we advise the animal care giver that if they choose T.Jacobson that we will not be paying their bill or hers. And that she is not to even provide our horses water if they were thirsty. She is a disgrace to all vets out there.

Theresa and her staff care about their patients. They take them home at night if they aren't well enough to go home. I know because I actually went to her home to visit my cat since she believed it would help him heal. I trusted her with all my cats and dogs. She also keeps up to date on new knowledge and research and has a great bedside manner. She is really busy and can sometimes keep you waiting, I think its because she takes her time with each patient and won't turn an emergency away (which happened to us once).

Our cat was treated at Jacobsons after being near death, Theresa was just fantastic in her diagnosis and treatment.

Good bedside manner. They really care about the pets they are treating and are kind to owners as well.
