Was willing to take my reactive dog, but barks once at the tech and once at the vet because they made eye contact. Told me it would not work because they can't get near him. The man vet was so dismissive of me it was so unprofessional, told me that "this visit shouldn't have been booked"

Compassionate, professional, and knowledgeable. Our dog loves visiting the vet and that is due in a large part to the care they receive from the staff here. It may not be the cheapest clinic (have not shopped around as more than satisfied) but their quality of care warrants the cost. In addition, pet insurance is very affordable and ensures that decision can be made based on quality of care.

What a waste this place is! They make you feel like you're a monster because you don't buy their crappy Royal Canin with absolutely horrid ingredients. They are BEYOND expensive, and the staff there are so overweight and unhealthy themselves - how can they give out advice. Their prices are so expensive when compared to vets out of town, and act so snobby!

I took my dog here to get him neutered, the price they charged me was $50 dollars more that what they quoted over the phone. They quoted $75 for a dew claw removal which was $50 dollars more than other vets. Constantly trying to sell me things instead of showing honest concern for my dog. The stitches ended up blowing out on his leg from the dew claw removal, no fault of theirs, but I was quoted $500-$600 dollars to get them done again...the neuter, dew claw and ear medication cost $512 the first time. Took him to Fort MacLeod, quoted max $200, and they took care of him for less that $100. I feel like Park treat their practice more like a business than a place to help and take care of pets. Won't go back and definitely won't recommend Park Pet Hospital to anyone I know

The doctors and staff really cared for my pets. The prices are a little bit higher but my dog received the best medical care and she deserves nothing but the best. I won't go anywhere else.

I can't say enough about the care my dogs have received from the vets and staff at this clinic. My dog had emergency exploratory surgery to save his life. The vets worked for hours to ensure he was safe. I always felt like they were knowledgeable and cared a lot about my animals care. We would still be with them if they didn't decide to affiliate themselves with the North Side Vet.
