Was willing to take my reactive dog, but barks once at the tech and once at the vet because they made eye contact. Told me it would not work because they can't get near him. The man vet was so dismissive of me it was so unprofessional, told me that "this visit shouldn't have been booked"

Compassionate, professional, and knowledgeable. Our dog loves visiting the vet and that is due in a large part to the care they receive from the staff here. It may not be the cheapest clinic (have not shopped around as more than satisfied) but their quality of care warrants the cost. In addition, pet insurance is very affordable and ensures that decision can be made based on quality of care.

What a waste this place is! They make you feel like you're a monster because you don't buy their crappy Royal Canin with absolutely horrid ingredients. They are BEYOND expensive, and the staff there are so overweight and unhealthy themselves - how can they give out advice. Their prices are so expensive when compared to vets out of town, and act so snobby!

I took my dog here to get him neutered, the price they charged me was $50 dollars more that what they quoted over the phone. They quoted $75 for a dew claw removal which was $50 dollars more than other vets. Constantly trying to sell me things instead of showing honest concern for my dog. The stitches ended up blowing out on his leg from the dew claw removal, no fault of theirs, but I was quoted $500-$600 dollars to get them done again...the neuter, dew claw and ear medication cost $512 the first time. Took him to Fort MacLeod, quoted max $200, and they took care of him for less that $100. I feel like Park treat their practice more like a business than a place to help and take care of pets. Won't go back and definitely won't recommend Park Pet Hospital to anyone I know

Extremely pricey! Misdiagnosed my dog even when stool sample was brought in. Finally found out what it was by searching the Internet. Then they tried putting me on their food and said the regulations are much higher, while the vet contradicted himself when I asked if corn was an allergy - he said, "No", and then showed me a pamphlet IN THEIR OFFICE that said corn was a known allergy for dogs (corn is in their food). I would recommend going to the Coaldale clinic. They give the exact same medical treatment for nearly half the price.

We have been going to Park Pet Hospital for years and did not have any problems until recently when there was a change in staff. Now when we have to see this one individual, we are faced with misinformation being provided to specialists that we were recommended and to ourselves. Most of the staff are great, but unfortunately, we are being forced to seek another clinic to take our two dogs to because we simply cannot cope with the inconsistency and misinformation any longer.

The staff at Park Pet have treated me with incredible compassion and respect. They have gone above and beyond to treat my 2 senior dogs, who are now healthier and happier than ever. I couldn't say enough good things about this clinic and have recommended everyone I know to receive the same care and support as me and my animals did there.

Messed up our appointment, tried to turn us away because they got my name wrong-even though my dog's name matched. We waited in a hot room for an hour before asking the receptionist, who told us that the Vet had gone home and offered to reschedule us in three weeks. I've never been treated worse, and if I could rate him negatively I would.

I took my senior dog here b/c I wanted a second opinion after the first vet we saw just suggested to euthanize him. The DVM that we saw after waiting for 1.5 hours was kind but her diagnoses of my dog couldn't have been more wrong. Without doing a full examination on my dog and only looking at blood test results from a different clinic that were done 2 months before, she diagnosed him with a certain condition and then prescribed medication for him that cost me about $90, none of which he could actually take. She also prescribed a sedative for him to ease the pain. She never called to check on my dog and/or how he was doing with the medication. No follow up was done. I had a bad feeling about her so I took my dog to a different clinic where I learned she over prescribed the sedative so much that it made my dog lethargic and without a desire to eat. He lost so much weight. The third vet also didn't understand why this vet prescribed the other med that I spent 80 bucks on. I went back the

Very disappointing Vet. Needed to see them as our regular vet was away, and it was a poor experience. We were left waiting for 25 minutes with a new puppy in an overheated room, had to eventually go outside for fresh air as the pup was starting to pant heavily & we were sweating. He had to make a phone call during our appointment apparently, never apologized for being late and just said "well the front staff like it warm"...? Isn't it about the animals? Then finally he sees the stressed pup, he wanted to put it on antibiotics with out having any test results, when we declined he got visually upset. The test was done that day, but we have yet to hear back 2 days later. Upon calling, he was in surgery and they would leave a message for him to call. We'll have been to our regular Vet in the meantime, good thing we didn't need the results ASAP or put the pup on antibiotics 'just to be safe'. Again, unprofessional and very disappointing. Won't be returning...

Small and ill equipped and you rarely ever see the actual vet, inconsiderate and over priced no access to 24hr advice unless you wanna pay a pretty penny

The doctors and staff really cared for my pets. The prices are a little bit higher but my dog received the best medical care and she deserves nothing but the best. I won't go anywhere else.

I can't say enough about the care my dogs have received from the vets and staff at this clinic. My dog had emergency exploratory surgery to save his life. The vets worked for hours to ensure he was safe. I always felt like they were knowledgeable and cared a lot about my animals care. We would still be with them if they didn't decide to affiliate themselves with the North Side Vet.
