Bad care of my pet. Questions unanswered, very rude and downright stupid staff who stressed my pet and made things worse. When your pet is sick you want a vet and staff who care. They don't.

Dr. Foster neglected to examine my goffin thouroughly on 1st visit even with specific details on her condition, including solid clear stream of fluid running from her crop/chest area. Called back the day after the exam and told him that each time she drank,water would pour out, he told me to wait until Friday (first exam was Monday) chances were it "would heal itself, especially with the collar on" we noticed food protruding from this are as well. After talking to reliable sources and researching, we realised how dangerous it was to leave this puncture,for dehydration. Brought her back on the Friday, Dr. Foster stitched her crop, staff at clinic said she ate and drank everything that she DOES NOT eat, they said that they check in general but do not study/measure the intake of food/water. No mention of **** at the bottom of the cage. Very long story short, my bird was at the bottom of her cage next day we rushed to A&M in critical cond, ICU,dehydrated and a loss of 20g overnite!
