Great Drs, very knowledgable and more importantly caring. Staff for the most part was okay, except had 2 front desk girls (lisa and dawn) walk away from the front when i walked in instead of staying to help the already obviously busy receptionist.

The vets are kind and caring. They also really know their stuff. All the staff are friendly and go the extra mile. When we had our cat, Tigger, euthanized, it was handled in such a beautiful manner. We have nothing but good things to say about Blue Cross.

Best experience I've had in an animal hospital. Nice girls at the desk are always friendly and helpful. Girls that helped doctor were lovely and dr was fantastic. Would recommend to anyone. They are well worth the money. Remember you get what you pay for!!
