Totally agree with the reviews below. I have recently moved to Squamish and was shocked at the quote given for dental work on our kitty. I am staying away from this place. The girl at front desk wasa courteous but behaviour changed the moment I pointed out the inflated charges.

Dr 'money' pressured us to do ear surgery on our dog. He tried to make us leave our dog, and the estimate was almost $1000. We took him for a second opinion, and it was just an ear infection! Within 3 days of starting ear medication our dog was better. They even called us the next day to pressure us to go in for the surgery!

This vet recommended removing teeth from my dog's mouth because they had abscessed. But I was not convinced. Went for second opinion and the lady cleaned her teeth and my baby is doing fine with all her teeth. Beware.

Descent service and knowledgeable staff. Clean office and respectful of your pets. Services are way over the top expensive. For a male and a female Yorkie around 4kg/e to be fixed was over $1200 for the 2 of them. No discounts for pensioners. Runs guilt scams for expensive unnecessary procedures. Every single dog according to this vet needs dental surgery at inflated prices. At these prices I expect the office to have Gold taps and toilets and complementary al a cart service or at least brunch and tea service while you wait for your bill.

Really rude staff members, and a few years ago I brought my small pet in, was told he barely had a week left and would need to be put down, for an insane price. Took him to another vet, was given antibiotic and he lived a very happy 3 more years.

I felt the vet pushed unnecessary tests on my 13 yr old dog. She had the staff do up an estimate while she did a barrage of tests and I got the estimate at the same time as the bill. $400 to tell me my dog didn't have a bladder infection!! I would have turned down most of the tests if I'd had the chance. Am taking my dog to another vet.

The amount of money this place charges for after hours emergencies is exhorbitant. Even basic vaccination costs are ridiculous. When I can pay less for three dogs including gas costs by going to North Vancouver than what I would pay for two dogs here, it's completely nuts. In addition I had to bring my cat after hours, they said to leave it there and in the event that they had to put her down would call so I could be there. I hadn't even reached home (10 minutes drive away) when I received a call saying they had put her down. I went back to pick her up and they still had the tube in her nose and staples attached to her face. An absolutely awful experience.
