I took my dog here when she first got sick, after running vqrious tests, he made a wrong diagnosis and sent me home with steroids that made her cushings disease progress faster. Now shes lost her eyesight due to this negligence... Never going back, never recommending them

We have used this clinic for over 10 years and have always been more than happy with the care and treatment we and our three dogs have received. Dr. Desmond is kind, compassionate, and truly caring, as is Dr. Stephanie. The rest of the staff have always been wonderful to deal with as well.

Always a good experience at the Desmond Animal Hospital. Great vets, friendly staff and my dog and 2 cats have had nothing but great treatment there.

Dr Desmond successfully treated one of our Degus (small rodent) for an unusual skin inflammation. We are very happy with the treatment and outcome. The practice accepts exotics, but has limited experience with rodents. Be sure to ask what the cost of proposed treatment is - a tube of steroid/antibiotic ointment cost us $52. We're okay with that, but not everyone would be.

Demand interpretation of exam results and double-check (google) yourselves if you love your pet. Request 3-yr Rabies shot and limit other vacines/shots. Not sure they have decent x-ray equipment.

I did not have an appointment but this animal hospital accommodated me and my cat. Doctor Stephanie was really wonderful and compassionate. The manager was very friendly and I would recommend this clinic. My cats eyes are perfect now and I will be using this clinic as my regular vet now.

Dr Stephanie was amazing to our little guy(cat). She took the time to thoroughly examine him. She did not rush us out and answered all our questions. She was also very loving and gentle w our cat. Price wise this clinic is reasonable for a vet clinic. We have also seen Dr. Desmond who was also very good. The only downfall of the clinic was the receptionist....she came across very cold and rude. My cat was very upset upon arrival and vomitted. She did not even try and help us get him cleaned. Dr. Stephanie helped us. I was upset to see him this upset and she gave me a look like I was crazy. She looked like she did not want to be there and that it was just a job. This was very clear. There was a receptionist we saw the first time we came in and she was amazing. Too bad she was not in on this day. If the vet's were not so good at this hospital I would not return due to my experience w this receptionist!

I recently brought my animal to Desmond Animal Hospital. I have never been there before, however I found the staff friendly and the doctor was awesome. My cat had been constipated for over a week, they took my cat in right away and gave him the best possible care. My cat was admitted to the hospital and i was able to come and visit any time. I was welcomed by the staff each time I came. I have read the previous review and completely disagree with the comments. The staff at Desmond Animal were wonderful and I will be bringing my Charlie back there for future care.

If you love your pet, please do not send them here. Our dog suffered terribly at this clinic for much longer than was necessary. We were repeatedly asked to bring him back for more tests and x-rays even though the staff knew he was in pain and could not read the x-rays they had already taken! They offered no pain management and kept sending him home. In the end he died suddenly without us even being present and the reaction of the vet was to bully us into more services so that he could make even more money! This vet does NOT care about the animals, just the extra money to be made off of prescribing more and more services. Please find a vet that cares if you love your pet - don't make the same mistake we did. Also, since speaking with others in our area, we have heard other horror stories about this clinic.
