Cambrian Animal Hospital is the best veterinarians and support staff I have ever used in Calgary. What stands out is their caring, knowledgeable, compassionate care. Top marks in all aspects of what a vet clinic should be. Highly recommended.

I should rate this clinic much earlier. Staff is friendly and Dr Sharma is very kind,friendly always punctual. Also this clinic is extremely reasonable compared to others. I take my dogs here for almost 7 years or so always happy with treatment what my furbabies get.Dr Sharma treating you as family and always patient with us when we have lots of questions or we are just anxious if we are in trouble. Thank you Cambrian Angels!

Dr. Sharma, the vets and techs at Cambrian Animal Hospital, all care about the animals they treat. It's obvious in the gentle and confident way they handle the animals. And I'm always assured that Cambrian Animal Hospital recommends the best treatment path for them, while listening to my concerns and observations. :D They are always careful to return calls, and candidly answer my questions whether they're asked in person, over the phone, or by email! CAH fees are very reasonable which means I can keep up with my cats' blood tests, their dental work, and other important aspects of health without worrying that I wont have money for emergencies! Thanks for taking such good care of Ellie & Neavey :D and Happy Anniversary! This September 2017, it will be five years since I first brought my cats to Cambrian Animal Hospital and Dr. Sharma. I've been taking my dogs to Dr. Sharma at Cambrian Animal Hospital for many years. They are always on time, professional, compassionate, understanding and Dr. Sharma is a very kind and gentle man. My dogs are my life and he is always very understanding of my concerns, suggests alternatives, expLains his thoughts on treatment or medication. I recently had to have my 17 year old girl Ginger put to sleep and they were so kind to me. I recommend the vet and the clinic to many people and will continue going to them. I took Ginger to an emergency clinic twice in the middle of the night in the months before she died and when Dr. Sharma found out he said I should have called him & he would have opened the clinic for me. He has given me his cell phone number and has told me to call at any time. He is extremely hard working, works long hours but always gives my dogs great care and attention. The staff is excellent, the clinic supports Pawsitive Match & I love the care they give.Highly recommend.

This clinic is top notch in care, cleanliness and friendliness. Dr. Sharma and all his staff are very caring and gentle with pets, give them the best possible treatment and consider the financial aspects of the owners too. You will have to go a very long way to beat their attention to everything.

Dr. Sharma & staff are the best. When I called the Dr. on his cell, he opened up his clinic & called in a staff member on a Sunday to attend to my very sick dog he had never met. With blood work, tests,& medication he sent home with me to administer for 2 wks., he only charged a fraction of what it would have been elsewhere! I bring my 3 cats & my dog to him only. Pulling my cats teeth has extended my cats life and I am so grateful.

This is a great vet. I have referred a few friend and they have all been happy too. Dr. Sharma has been great to our animal family and made sure that we got great care that is affordable to our family. He is quick to suggest alternative options to make sure we feel comfortable with Both treatment and cost.

Cambrian Clinic and Dr. Sharma are the very best I have come across in my 40+ years of owning dogs. Dr. Sharma carefully listened to my concerns, thoroughly examined my 12yo rescue and stepped me through the X-ray picture results and showed me the areas of arthritic concerns. He gave me advice on daily activity, diet, medications and follow up. I am completely satisfied and will definitely be returning.

Staff are very forceful with dogs, Dr Sharma noticed my dog had her tail tucked and proceeded to corner her and physically forced her into a sit. He also jumped back when she pulled her paw away from him (she was there to look at a hotspot on her paw). He then had THREE vet techs pin her down to shave her paw which was already hairless due to the hotspot and charged $40 just for the shave. She is a very well-mannered, 50 pound dog so the use of three people to hold her down was unnecessary. I had asked for antibiotics because she was going to be boarded at a kennel and I'd rather prevent infections and he sent me away with Benadryl saying the hotspot was due to allergies even after I specifically said she has no allergies, and refused to give any antibiotics. Well I had to go to a different vet after her boarding due to a severe infection.

The staff is very compassionate, knowledgeable and friendly. In the end, my cat did end up passing. I received a sympathy card signed by everyone in the office. I felt comfortable taking my cat to Dr. Sharma and wouldn't hesitate to take my next pet there.

We've been taking our bulldog here ever since she was rescued. Dr. Sharma has walked us through some tough medical issues with her and has always been compassionate, professional, and knowledgeable. The other staff are excellent as well. They always talk to our fur baby like she is their own and she loves the extra attention. They do their best to put her at ease in an environment she isn't a fan of. The treats they give her go a long way! What we really appreciate is the fact that we feel totally involved in the decision making of her care. Dr. Sharma always explains procedures and takes our questions and opinions seriously. We would definitely recommend Cambrian to family and friends.

I was extremely impressed and satisfied with my experience at this clinic. The staff were very welcoming, caring and approachable. The doctor was compassionate and very respectful of my concerns for the well being of my dog. What separates this clinic from others is the doctor doesn't try to upsell and went over and above expectations.

The ladies at the front desk were fantastic but the vet didn't seem very personable to us. It took him three tries to get the vaccination needle into our puppies arm and he wanted to sell us deworming medicine "just in case". The breeder indicated this was completely unnecessary. Will not be returning. The vet also insisted on using his own medical booklet so now we have two to look after.

I took my cat in to get his vaccinations up dated and to get his yearly check up. Facility is nice and we were into a room quite quickly. The veterinarian felt all business to me and treated my cat as if he were inanimate. The examination was extremely brief and the vaccination itself was a disaster. He seemed quite anxious through the whole thing and took five tries to get a single shot done using the same needle. Afterwords he said I should come in the next two weeks to get my cat a booster shot. I schedule the appointment but later decided to take my cat to a different veterinarian in the recommended two weeks. There I found that he had two areas with tooth infections and receding gum lines and that the booster shot is unnecessary according to current guide lines. Not sure how he would do with dogs but I am never taking a cat there again.

Words can never adequately express the gratitude we have for Dr. Sharma and his staff. As a parents we always wanted the very best medical care for our children and as pet owners,we want the same for our pets. After trying two other clinics in the city we were referred to the Cambrian Animal Hospital and we truly feel like we have won the Veterinary lottery. Dr. Sharma is such a caring and compassionate veterinarian who consistently puts the animals in his care first while always taking a common sense approach to their treatment. His goal is not to needlessly run up his clients bills or to subject animals to needless tests. There truly isn't another Vet in the city that we trust our dog with and we can never possibly say enough about how wonderful Dr. Sharma and his staff are. If you're tired of clinics that consider their profits ahead of your pet than this is the place for you. You and your pets will receive the best treatment and you will never look back. We ? the Peace of Mind!

I was here recently with my cat, Gizmo. One of his claws had grown into the pad of his foot. The entire staff was not only friendly but actually talked to me about what the plan of action was. They were extremely nice. I refuse to go to any other vet from now on. Also, very cost effective.

Our veterinarian retired about ten years ago and we faced the challenge of finding a veterinarian when we got our puppy a year and a half ago. We decided to try this clinic and see how things went. We could not be more satisfied. A month ago we had a very sick dog. Dr. Sharma fit us in without an appointment, kept us informed about all procedures and make himself available throughout the weekend. Prices were far less than we would have paid at a 24 hour clinic and our dog was very well cared for. Best of all, our dog continues to be enthusiastic about going into the clinic and is excited to see Dr. Sharma and staff. We have recommended this clinic to friends have told us they are very happy to have found such good health care for their pets.

I was very lucky to stumble upon Cambrian vet. I am a nervous dog owner and want to bring my dog in every time it sneezes or looks funny. The doctor here is always willing to talk and take a look. He never rushes me and is so reassuring. Prices are very reasonable- so you never have to have the Internal debate of health vs money. Staff always follow up... Love

Dr. Sharma and his staff always take excellent care of our two Frenchies. Has a legitimate concern for the well being of the dogs and does not prioritize costs over care or time. The staff is excellent and they always follow up after appts and procedures. Always willing to answer telephone or email questions. Highly recommended and trustworthy clinic.

I've brought my dog here three times for surgery, check up, and vaccinations. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and were extremely patient and sweet with my nervous pooch. The vet Dr. Sharma took his time with my dog and to answer all my questions. On the surgery visit, they accidentally left the IV shunt in - I suspect they were very busy that day - but they were very apologetic and came out to the car to remove it. The facilities are very clean and Cambrian also supports Pawsitive Match Rescue.

Knowledgeable and very attentive to both pet and owner. Brought in my 10 yr old Golden for health exam and vet answered all questions and assessed all concerns. I never felt rushed or felt that any of my concerns were simply dismissed. Nor did vet offer over the top diagnostics. Appt began a little late as vet addressed previous pet which was OK w me. Facilities comprehensive and include do it yourself dog wash which I plan to use in the future. Overall I am satisfied with the value received and am confident I will get consistent quality care.

Had a very sick Bichon, 9 years old. Weekend emergency is what every pet owner dreads above their pet being sick in the first place. Cambrian gave us service beyond our expectation, prompt assessment, xrays and blood work. Got him rehydrated and though we had to leave him, he had wonderful care. Both veterinarians were knowledgable, personable, (unconcerned with costs... no wonder: they were VERY reasonable) and cared for Max as if he were their own. The front end staff were caring and courteous too. Were it not for the fact illness precipitated this encounter it would have been just a good place to find. Under these circumstances, it was beyond what you could hope. Kudos to Cambrian Animal Hospital!
