They convinced me to do a FULL DENTAL as preventative maintenance on my dog while they were removing a mass on her gum and a mass on her chest. During the surgery, it was determined that the mass was bone cancer and went into the jaw bone. This diagnosis is fatal, as i was told. So i asked to remove the FULL DENTAL since she will not live too long and it was just maintanence. Nope, already done. The problem is that they do not make decisions for what is common sense, rather just rack up the bill. A dental is over $600. Why would a dog that is dying soon need one.

They misdiagnosed my dog with the parvovirus and it cost me $500, I never gave her the medication because she never showed any symtoms. (second dog in 5 days, so I was know the symtoms) Then they would not accept any responsability or refund for the unopened medication. I believe they told me she had parvo because my other puppy almost died from it earlier in the week. They did not have a parvo test available for both dogs when I initially brought them in. So when I brought her in 4 days later they said they tested her and never showed me the test. When they tested my first puppy right in front of me and showed me the results.
