*	12/1/07	5	5	5	4	My family has used Dr. Rapp for the past 18 years, followed him to his private practice after he left VCA. Dr. Rapp is so genuine & compassionate. He cares for our pets as if they were his own. We have never been turned away for an emergency during clinic hours (including major surgery on a broken leg). Although we have not seen her as much as Scott, we love Dr. Trout as well. Many vets refer clients to her for cardiac ultrasounds.
