I found the staff, the doctor, the facility all really super. Lovely with me and pets and really kind, very accommodating. I believe the prices are very fair compared to others.

Staff and vet were very cold and uncaring regarding my feeling and the feelings of my pet. They would not let me sit with my sick elderly dog while she was getting an IV. Worse yet they told me she could die during treatment. I couldn't imagine letting her die alone and in a cage (which is where they said she would be)so I took her to another vet clinic where they had no problem letting me stay with her during all of her treatments.

We used to to take our animals to this clinic until an incident just recently that made us decide that our animals were not safe with them. I brought my dog in for a tooth extraction and when I was talking to the reception and she was great and friendly I had a concern relating to making sure I was to be notified when my dog was about to be put under that we are to know for peace of mind because we lost a dog in the past in a different relation and different vet clinic but we were scared and nervous non the less. When the reception was going to reply to me a vet tech ( I do know her name but will not post) piped in with aggression to let me know that that was not a standard for the clinic to do and being talked to like that I felt that I was being talked down too and also scolded that I would even expect such a request. So after I told her why she still said in a very demeaning tone that no they did not do that.Why she choose to even answer another persons request when not even bein

My yorkie/shih tzu was treated very well. Post-surgical instructions were clear and supported in writing. Both me and my pet were treated with sensitivity. Felt I could ask any question without being made to feel stupid.

Dr. Ulmer was really good and caring when we our Rotty had been diagnosed with bone cancer. We had to make the decision of letting him go and she was so understanding. Great Vet :)

This is an excellent veterinary clinic. I take my dog to Dr. Ulmer and she is wonderful. Knowledgable, friendly and thorough. You can tell she loves the animals she treats. The staff are all extremely pleasant. They make a point to remember us and greet us with a smile. Their hours of operation are very accommodating, which is great for me because I am a shift worker. The building itself is a bit small but it is always kept clean and the interior is set up nicely. The prices are very reasonable compared to other places. Overall, this clinic is fantastic and I will continue to go there for years to come!

Recently took my dog there and the vet discovered that he had tumours; he had to be put down. I felt that they were very sensitive to his needs and mine.

My cat had extensive surgery and I have seen a number of Dr's at this clinic. Dr. Tudor did the surgery was there for me at anytime I so wish to talk to her. I highly recommend her!! Way to go guys!

I took my new kitten to the Victoria Vet Clinic to see Dr. Jocelyn Souzy and had one of the best vet experiences, I had ever had. The front desk staff and assistants are extremely helpful and friendly; you can tell they really care about animals. And we couldn't have asked for a better Dr. Dr. Souzy was so kind and gentle and made sure everything we were concerned about was addressed. She also made sure our kitten was at ease and spoiled him when he was there. I would recommend Victoria Vet Clinic to anyone and everyone. Prices are reasonable and you feel good about taking your babies there.
