Dr Cook is an excellent vet who is genuinely interested in animal welfare. However, he isn't always there anymore and now it seems that this clinic is about making money first. We've stopped going there because we couldn't afford the constant $300 visits every time.

Dr. Nathan is such a great vet. We were so happy when we had to change vets (after 20 yrs.) to find him. He is caring and he is skilled. After seeing 3 other vets and a doggy chiropractor his suggestion to see a specialist in Toronto finally led us to a diagnonsis for our dog. The staff at Baywood are on the ball-unlike many other clinics-they are thorough and friendly. Susan gets a big gold star for attitude and dedication!

These people care about your pets and you. They have saved my pets and been honest when they couldn't. They will sit on the floor with you and your animal. Carol, Ian and Nathan are amazing vets and so is Greg although he is not there much now. The techs and all the staff are very kind and interested in how your pet is doing.
