I have been taking our dog there since we got him. He sees doctor Kimberly Toovey regularly; however we have seem multiple other doctors. They have alway been extremely thorough when looking our dog over and extremely helpful. I have been told they are slightly more expensive than other clinics, but in my opinion I am paying for quality services. My dog is calm and relaxed when he is being examined and we ALWAYS receive a follow up phone call from the vet to see how he's doing/recovering. We couldn't imagine taking our beloved pooch to any other clinic.

I find it difficult to say anything positive about this clinic because every time I take my cat there it leaves with more problems and conditions then when it went in. I'm positive they are just trying to keep you coming back so they can take your hard earned money. Having that said why would you put your pet through this if you don't half to? After all you are an animal lover or else you wouldn't have one!

I have taken my pup here for the last 2 years. The staff have been so fantastic to me as i have called multiple times for questions and concerns. They were also great to my pup every time i took him in(which seemed to be alot!)Sadly i had to move to calgary and trying to find a vet like this one is difficult. i still call at times with questions i may have as i feel no judgement when i do and they are more then helpful. Thanky you East Hill Dog & Cat Hospital for all your hard work.
