DONT GO- Dr. Chatelle Gratton. Doesnt care. I called vet about the situation and my concerns her reply was simply "sorry you feel that way and there is nothing I can do" I spent $400, didn't even meet the vet. I only met the tech. Felt like an assembly line or factory running pets thru. Vet seemed to care only about the money, not pets health, she charged excessive amounts and additional things that she didn't have ok to charge. Myself and 2 others who care for the dog, including a very experienced and seasoned kennel operator agreed the dog showed no signs or symptoms that would indicate the overpriced medication I was billed. My friend's vet was selling the same thing for half of what I was charged. They charged me twice for the food I purchased. No explanation or teaching me to observe pet and avoid future problem or home solution. Just about $$$$ no care about pets suffering or prevention of long term damage or my pocket book. CRIMINAL & GREEDY not about pets health. Stay away

Dr Darcy Rae is an EXCELLENT caring Vet. His care of animals is above and beyond reproach.

This clinic/hospital is terrific. Dr.Rae is one of the best vets I have encountered. Very knowledgeable and educated. He does not upsell his patients on unnecessary tests and frequently suggests cheaper options like buying products at your local pharmacy whenever possible, instead of dispensing common OTC treatments.

Awesome friendly staff. Seen two different Veterinarian's very knowledgable & take the time to explain the issues your pet may be experiencing. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area looking for a vet =)

Very friendly staff, Dr. Robertson was thorough in answering all of my questions and concerns. How often do you hear a vet say "we could do this test, but it won't make a difference in how I treat her right now, so lets see if this course of treatment works before we do the more expensive procedure?"?
