Click to report rating    10/16/14   5     5     5     5   Love the vets and friendly staff. I feel that my dog is in great hands. I would recommend the hospital to my friends. RID: 54113
Click to report rating    3/12/11   1     3     3     3   My dog was being euthanized due to a proximal humeral fractureof the left front leg, likely compounded by bone cancer and age. The veteranarian (Dawn Miksic) made the decision to remove the dog from the vehicle, causing her excruciating pain, since the injury had not been stabilized or protected in any way. I would have preferred that the euthanasia be performed in the vehicle. From that point on, my dog was in obvious pain. Her shoulder swelled dramatically and I suspect that the bodily lifting of an 80 pound animal in her condition caused further damage and suffering. At the time of euthanasia, she was extremely agitated and anxious. It was a horrible experience that I will never forget and the worst way to say goodbye to my best friend of eleven years. This vet violated the principle of "First, do no harm." The owner, Dr. Lauridsen, never accepted responsibility for this bad decision and simply adopted a defensive posture. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone! RID: 23496
