We were a customer of Indian Hills for 5 years, and have recently left for another clinic. Indian Hills is EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE, and seem to "pile on" cost when it comes to recommended pet care. I was quoted $350 to $1100 for a basic, small breed teeth cleaning. When I asked the clinic to narrow the estimate I was told there was no way to do so until the procedure was completed. Once I shopped around, I found a well respected clinic that completed the teeth cleaning for $200. Another concern is the lack of communication shared by Inidian Hills vets. The staff is the primary point of contact, and catching up with a Vet is next to impossible. This led to mis direction, and wasted time in regards to one of my dogs test.
