Staff at Small Creatures Pet Clinic are outstanding. Dr. Snyder has provided excellent care for our pets (cat, 2 dogs) for over 13 years. You can do no better for a veterinary caregiver.

The staff are pleasant and accommodating and clinic is older but clean. The issue with this clinic is the owner/vetrenarian, Jim. Although seeming fine during the initial consult, all communication after was either non-existant or rude. This vet without question is old school with his treatments, does not like communicating with women and does not feel he owes his clients an explanation on results or a course of treatment. We have a dog who has been diabetic for 5 years and our experience with this Vetrenarian is our worst by far...

I took my precious Persian there a month ago to get his nails clipped and was so impressed with the operation I switched vets - that and they are a lot closer. I met yesterday with the vet to get his annual shots. I met Dr. Synder for the first time and was so very, very impressed. Very personable/professional, of good humour and very thorough/gentle and gave explicit explanations and answers to all questions in a very nonrushed environment. I'm so blessed to have discovered him and his professional staff. Get your 4 legged kids there for any care!

The people that work here are very friendly, passionate, caring and professional. Thank you Dr. James Snyder and Christine for helping with our cocker spaniel Peanut in his last few hours with us here. We were so pleased that you looked after our little doggy friend. I know that Peanut loved you and trusted you to do what was best. I have never met a kinder man than Jim Snyder.

Dr. Snyder has a passion for treating animals. He is thorough and provides excellent care. He always discusses his findings, what appropriate tests and treatments are advisable. If he doesn't know what the problem is, he will share that openly and seek out the answer. He is always accessible. He offers excellent value for the price he charges. (Gosh, the Medical Degree on the wall did require his money and time at University) I would highly recommend Dr. Snyder.

Everyone was so lovely and smiling that it surprised me when they reached for the leash. Not understanding what they wanted I asked and found out they take your pet in the back and you sit in the waiting room!!! I allowed it but never again. I have extensive knowledge of procedures as well as knowing my animals best. Very condescending and expensive. 1 vet to 3 staff costs alot of money. I could easily hold my dog for blood test, weighing etc.

Amazing staff and care for our Labrador Retriever and 2 cats. They always remind us about any wellness programs appropriate for the pets. Dr Snyder is great about getting back to us with test results. We've recommended to many others who appreciate the level of compassion and thoroughness given to their pets at all life stages.

The Dr is very straight forward and pleasant. Very helpful and gave me several options of different prices to help my beagle. We've been going there for 5 years.

My dog had the best treatment at this clinic and the vet there explained things to me step by step. My dog had lots of great care and I could tell he was in the best hands possible.

After a very high quote, he charged even more money. I was broke, and my dog was still very very sick. Save your money and your pet, and go elsewhere.
