Placed us in waiting room and forgot about us for nearly an hour. We finally opened the door and walked out before they realized they forgot us. We won't go back there. No excuse for this to happen.

I've gone out there for a long time and was happy but have noticed over the last year the staff has become ruder and ruder, very high turnover rate of the techs and the final straw was this last appt and the over the top insensitivity, lack of quailty care and what a jerk the vet behaved like with both myself and my dog. We have had enough and will no longer take our 5 dogs and 2 cats there any longer. It is obvious there are some serious morale issues going on in that clinic that need to be addressed too bad we won't be around to see it. Never again!!

I found a goose with a broken wing at a local park. Neither the park department or the local shelters would help. I offered to pay for the goose's care if only someone would pick him up and treat him. Staff from the Ponti Clinic came to meet me in the park, captured the goose, and he was successfully treated and adopted. Was such a great relief to have him helped!

30 years of continual improvement in veterinary care, expanding of services, adding facilities and equipment, and caring for generation after generation of animals. A compasionate friend and good neighbor.
