The greediest vet I have ever been to or heard of and honestly some of the worst customer service I have received from a business. I’ll travel further and get a better price and service

Wouldn't put my cat down until after hours and wanted after hour rates. When I told them to forget it, that the cat would probably die overnight anyway they said OK the regular rate and then charged $20 for a cardboard box to put him in.

They care more about $$$ than they do for the animals. Not happy at all with my decision to bring my pet there.

I was stuck getting emergency surgery here at South Shore (Dr. Feitler's clinic) for my cat on a Friday night. Not only did the veterinarian on staff have next to no confidence in her surgical ability, but we were charged upwards of $2500 for our cat to be put under and given a catheter - surgery that most vets will do for much, much less (our vet in Richmond Hill did it for less than $500). On top of this complete financial rip-off, there were no follow-up calls to check in on our cat. In all honesty, this is one of the worst service experiences I have ever had anywhere in my life in any industry. What a terrible place. In my opinion, you are making a big mistake if you bring any animal here.
