I have brought all of my pets to this clinic since they were puppies. Dr Babcock is fantastic and has been my dogs vet for 16 yrs now (2 dogs). Recently I have had the chance to meet Dr Morrison and Dr Eby through walk-in appointments and both were fantastic as well! Very patient and willing to answer questions. Would 100% recommend this clinic.

Vet Tech was extremely rude to me when I brought my dog in. Sub. vet misdiagnosed my dog and was very rude when discussing weight loss program for a vet we recently picked up from the spca (who came obese). Really dislike this clinic.

Dr B Babcock and Dr Eby are excellent vets. They are gentle, knowledgeable and compassionate. They always take the time for a follow up call to ensure everything is as it should be. We have taken our pets to LAH for 24 years and highly recommend these Drs.

Quick change over in staff. Dr. Eby proceeded to examine the wrong leg on our German Shephard (due to a vet tech that disagreed with our reporting) and began to push their pain Management medications on us. Examination room full of drug reps posters. Had to advocate for the correct leg to be examined but once again drugs pushed. Had to advocate that our dog has an autoimmune disease and ?contraidication. Told would have to come back to have the kidneys examined. Paid for the drugs as I was made to feel like a bad owner. Never gave the drugs to our dog and our dog is doing fine and has maintained its health. I will never have DR Eby or vet tech amber look at our dog again.

Dr Eby is patient, knowledgable and kind. She is one of the best vets I have seen in Canada. Don't hesitate to take your babies to this clinic.

Love this clinic!! Fees are so much cheaper than other clinics and great hours. With busy schedule great to know they have walk in hours 4 times each week!! All staff treat me and my pets with care, compassion and answer all my questions and do what is best for my fur babies.

Have been taking my two dogs there for about 3 years based on a friends recommendation. Have never been disappointed and I feel they honestly care about the animals. Used to go to a clinic within walking distance and these guys are a 30 minute drive which I gladly do for the quality and value of treatment.

For this clinic, the reception staff are very friendly and accommodating. I called in the other day and spoke to a guy (i think his name was john) and he gave me all necessary information and managed to book my pet in with extremely short notice. The costs for vet care are very reasonable. The only major downside is the owner. Dr Babcock- when its busy, you can tell he gets in a mood that is not pleasant. And that is a MAJOR downfall for me.

I have been taking my dogs and cats to this clinic for 10 years, and they have always been kind, honest, compassionate and wonderful with their care of the animals. One of our dogs had to have 2 major surgeries and she came through like a trooper, thanks to excellent care pre/during/post op. And she still loved going there after the surgeries; she got a rock star welcome from the staff, who loved her right back. Great care, great people.

I have never been to a vet clinic that has Dr.'s and staff that are so caring and compassionate Dr. BB is so patient and understanding, answering my numerous ???. Dr. BB had definitely picked the correct profession, his love for animals is very apparent.

I've been taking my cats and dogs to Dr. Babcock for 10 yrs, and he always takes the best care of them. He has a calming way with them and I never worry even at the worst of times. The follow-up or status change calls that he makes is above and beyond any other vet service. The staff are fun and friendly, and gentle and consoling during those difficult times. A wonderful family atmosphere for you and your family. Thanks LAC! Shirley

This clinic is beyond exceptional. Wonderful staff and veterinarians. Cost is the best bar none. I would never take my pet to another clinic.

Everything about this clinic is beyond expectations & words. I've brought all my animals here for well over 20 years. Everyone at the clinic treats you and your pet like family giving the best care possible. The drive is over 40 minutes for me and I'd be happy to do double that - I wont take my little family members anywhere else. I receive personal phone calls from the veterinarian who treats my dog a week after visit to ensure they are in good health. I've also used the boarding service and though it was a bit more expensive then surronding kennels it was well worth the money knowing my dog was cared for and treated with love while being played with & walked regularly. I reccomend this clinic to everyone within an hour or 2 driving distance as their hours are flexible, fees are affordable and the staff is incredibly caring. You couldn't ask for a better group of veterinarians - professional and kind hearted. Thank you Lynden Animal Clinic!
