I recently advised others to Beware of vet charging practices at this clinic, as I was charged above the vaccine charge that I requested for my pet. I sent Dr. Ross a letter asking for investigation into my complaint. I am happy to report that I received a very nice letter of acknowledgement and apology, additional information about the clinics offerings, a complimentary SPA Day for my canine and a refund for extra charges I was also advised that, upon request, the clinic offers written estimates for all services. This is a plus. The professionalism exhibited by Dr. Ross indicates that she truly intends to provide the Best in service for both the customer and pet. Ethics, along with good pet care is essential to us all. I will continue to use VetMed and to refer others to Dr. Ross.

I would tell any friend to BEWARE! Took my dog for a rabies shot and was given a price for vaccine only. Was presented a check up and vaccine package for over $100 for which I declined. Was told that an exam would be $43. I declined. I stated again that I only came in for a vaccine. Vet gave injection, looked at teeth and put stethoscope to one side of pet...3 minutes in. Upon departure was presented a bill for $59.50. Contacted other area vets who advised that they did not use deceptive practices and would only charge for the vaccine. Another advised that for new pets the charge would be for the vaccine only. Regret that I took my pet to this clinic. BEWARE...Contact other area vets.
