I will never again recommend this clinic to anyone and will never again make use of their services. Level of service now is NOT what it was back when the clinic first opened. Very disappointed, after my last half dozen appointments there--once is a fluke, but poor care/results in multiple visits--that is a service standard.

After many years of dealing with so many different vets and clinics, it is so nice to finally have found a Vet who actually knows my pets by name and gives them the best medical services I've ever seen. Dr. Wurtz listens and explains things wonderfully, & I've never felt rushed while I am there. She is also very compassionate, which I am sad to say, other Vet I've dealt with were not, it seemed they (the other Vets) were more interested in the extra tests rather than the stress being put on the pet.

I absolutely do not recommend this clinic. As a well informed, responsible pet owner, I do not feel as though my concerns and questions are actually heard. I would not go back if they were the only vet left in Brandon.
