Dr. Paul and staff were very caring and compassionate with my older kitty, who eventually had to sadly be put down. It broke my heart but they were there every step of the way, and even reimbursed us for food and medication that our little kitty didn't use and sent u a sympathy card which meant a lot to my husband and I. Highly recommended and have so to many whom I know who have pets. Thank you for all your support through such a difficult time.

Take your pets to another vet!! They are to preoccupied with their own lives to pay attention when administering the appropriate doses of pain killers!! Thier suggestions are guilt ridden money grabs!!, if you want to leave again with the pet still breathing, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

I've been bringing my Golden here for 12 years and my kitten for 2. I am surprised to see these negative reviews because I find them delightful and a great clinic. They are honest, punctual and very informative. Their grooming services are also great and reasonably priced. I would recommend to others, as I have.

Have had our golden doodle there for the past 9 years. She has a chronic liver problem. Service and treatment has always been first class. Vets are very knowledgeable and empathetic.

Terrible place to take your animal, they are more concerned with making cash then caring about animals. Seem to add extra charges on top of their quotes so either the don't have the knowledge to quote properly first or like most people think there just trying to squeeze more money out of you. Do yourself a favour and find a better vet

Receptionist/Office manager called me at the request of the Dr. Watson to provide me with details regarding all of my pets vaccinations and price. I questioned that fact that my 2 year old dog did not require heart worm test. The Receptionist/Office manager could not explain why! So I asked if Dr. Watson could give me a call. The Receptionist/Office manager was pist off and gave attitude and displeasure in her tone of voice that I was questioning and even asking to speak with Dr. Watson....I asked for the Dr. Watson to call. This was requested in early May. When I followed up on it today with the same lady who I spoke with she informed me that "Dr Watson does not wish to speak with you and will not be calling you" I was literally shocked....I have made the decision after many years to move on and not give my money to the Holland Landing Animal Hospital because of this incident. Why would you want to take your pets to a vet who does not care to speak with you and provide clarity.....

I have been to several vets over the last 15 years. Several. None, have been as kind and patient centered as this clinic. The staff are polite, caring and have a genuine interest in your pets health. Their prices as far as fees go, are fair and reasonable compared to many vets in York Region. I have brought 5 different pets to them over time, and they have worked with me in terms of costs, and have always been there to answer my questions or concerns. They also have a resident staff member whom takes care of the animals over night. I would recommend this clinic and their staff anytime, to anyone for any pet. I appreciate their honesty and know that what they suggest is what they believe is best for my pet, no matter the dollar value.

they are in it for the money its true! my bill before the tooth extraction was $300+ just for the meds, total bill was over $1300, plus they gave me a bottle of 10 opiate pain killers which i never used,there is only 9 in the bottle, they charged $200+ to clean her teeth, she developed non eating and throwing up a week later and i had her put to sleep, she had bad arthritis

Dishonest, only it for the money. My dog lost her life because they were not honest with me with her blood work results. Please avoid this clinic.
