I found the clinic to be small but clean. Some of the staff a bit hurried, but nice enough. I felt that Doctor should spend a bit more time with the "parents" for before and after surgical procedures. But have to say that for all that I was very pleased with the attention payed to my child.

My appointment was to neuter my male kitten on 7/7/08. They first tried to "spay" my male kitten as if he was a she. I spoke with Dr Surrey over the phone and he never admitted his office was in the wrong and tried to put the blame elsewhere. Informed me that his staff did the incision. What kind of people start a surgery without looking to see if the animal was a male or female? It only takes a second to lift a leg.
