I'm trying to be very fair. My dog had a reaction that he has had before and instead of driving to Annapolis (where we have always gotten great care) I went here instead for steroid shots to stop the reaction (figured it didn't matter where he got these shots). After the shots the Dr. (who was very nice) said that my dog had several infections that needed different medications. I left with over $300.00 in medications and felt like I was just sold a used car. Regardless, I went to my regular vet the next day because I did not want to give my dog medicines that he did not need. My vet confirmed my initial thoughts -- all his symptoms were explained by the allergic reaction and he did not need any of the antibiotics and other drugs that were given. If the medications were needed, they were comparable to what I pay my regular vet, but the "sale" just made me uneasy. I will make the drive back to Annapolis from now on. I won't go back here.
