Janet Ficcara took care of my beloved cat , Charlie for years. He was 15 & when I brought him in in 2003, she said there was nothing wrong, he was "an old, fat , ornery cat". It turned out that he was ill. I took him to Chelea Vets & Janet Ficcara refused to forward his records there! It turned out she had none ! My cat had been a patient there since 1988! I would never subject any pet to her .. Ever!!! All these years have passed & I still remember her exact words !!
