My husband brought our little Chihuahua in today to have her ears checked.
When he returned I was shocked and appalled at what he was charged to get a diagnosis of “well I really don’t know, but her ears are a bit inflamed” and was given a small vial of ear drops.
$168! Are you kidding me? We are senior citizens, and like a lot of senior citizens on pensions, this is an awful lot of money for a simple office visit.
We will find another vet in the area that is much more reasonable and sensitive to the needs of people who are on a budget. This is a very unreasonable price!!!!

This is an excellent facility. I have been taking my cat to see Dr Gagnon since 2013. Her level of knowledge and her ability to relate to both pets and owners is very impressive. She has always been available to answer questions outside of office visits. She also has a very collaborative approach which I like. The clinic is very well run and interactions with all members of staff including reception , technicians and vets is pleasant and relaxed. I have been very happy with the level of care my cat has received for his chronic kidney disease and dental surgery. I find that their prices are on a par with most other good facilities. I have visited many vets over the last 15 years in various cities and 2 provinces and this clinic is the best I have experienced. It's never actually an enjoyable experience visiting the vet least of all for our pets but I feel confident that my cat is receiving the best level of care.

Our family have been clients of this clinic for more than 30 years for good reason--our pets have been treated with kindness, care and compassion at every encounter. Dr. Morgan is an exceptional and knowledgeable vet who goes above and beyond to ensure that our cats are as healthy as possible, even phoning us the day after they've come home after surgical procedures to ask how they're feeling and answer all questions. Bev and the girls at the front desk have been unfailingly kind and friendly to us; as they are the first faces clients see when they enter the clinic, you couldn't ask for better representatives of it! The vet techs who help with the intake procedures at each visit are compassionate and gentle to each animal they handle, and the clinic and treatment rooms are always immaculate. We have boarded our cats many times and they've always been returned to us in excellent condition. We have and will continue to trust our pets' lives to the tremendous care they receive here!

I recently brought my dog to Morgan animal hospital for the first time and my experience was okay. The receptionist seemed like she was in a hurry and came off as kind of rude, but dr. Morgan was fantastic, and kind of cute :) I will continue to trust him with my dog and do recommend dr. Morgan to others.

I am very happy with my veterinary hospital. I am always greated with a smile. Last time I brought my little dog in I was very concerned with a growth that popped up on his wrist. Dr. Morgan at once addressed by concerns and he took the time to discuss what we could do for my dog. He then proceeded to remove the growth(as he had time then to do this simple procedure) and we had it sent out to find out what it was. I received an answer back within a few days, and thankfully it was nothing to worry about. All in all I trust Morgan Animal hospital doctors and staff with the care of my little dog.

I recently had to make one of the most difficult decisions in my life. I had to have my 15 year old dog put to sleep. We have been seeing Dr. Morgan since he was a puppy. The staff at Morgan Animal Hospital has always made me feel like we where part of thier family. But I could not believe the care and compassion we recieve that difficult day. We now have a new puppy and I would not trust his health to any other veterinary clinic. Thank you to the staff at Morgan Animal Hospial.

This vet doesn't seem to know what they are doing. I brought my dog in to have his ears checked. They brought him to the back and then returned him back to me limping. When I questioned what was wrong, no one had an answer. I went home and called Dr. Anderson. She wouldn't even call me back to help me with my concern. Instead I had another person call me go tell again they had no explanation. How do we know we are getting the best care when my fog comes home limping! Never going back.

Morgan Animal Hospital is an incredibly professional and warm environment. Everyone on the team truly cares about your pet(s). Dr. T. Morgan and Dr. D. Anderson always give excellent advice and are very patient with any questions one may have, followed by detailed explanations. Everyone really takes the time for the patient and the patients 'parents'. This is an outstanding organization. I tell everyone possible about Morgan Animal Hospital and how well they take care of my large breed dog, as well as my toy dog.

I have been going to Morgan Animal Hospital for over 5 years now. After being at several vets, I have been extremely pleased by how myself and my pets are treated. Everything is always explained well to me, and although their prices might be a little higher, they always give me an estimate of how much things are going to cost. I have had the opportunity to see all three of the veterinarians there and trust them all with my animals.

They use to be a good vet clinic. They keep increasing there prices it is now the most expensive vet clinic in the falls. $97 for a check up and vaccines. You don't get your pet diagnosed because they can't seem to have answers despite the testing you agree to. I have changed vet clinics and will never return.

I have been taking my older cat to Dr Morgan for years. My cat is usually rather skittish around strangers or people he doesn't know well but Dr Morgan always seems to help him relax. Dr Morgan treated him twice for bad infections that developed after being bitten by another cat. The care my cat received, the staff, and Dr Morgan were all excellent. Recently, we added a kitten to our family and he also reacted in a relaxed manner to Dr Morgan. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

We have been at this animal hospital well over 15 years. The service we have received at all times has been outstanding. Dr. Morgan is very knowledgable and compassionate. He has always taken the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and never have I felt rushed out of the office. The clerical and technical staff are top notch. I always feel assured leaving my pets there as I know they will get the best care that the niagara region has to offer. Dr. Morgan is truly an amazing vet!!! I would, (and have )recommended him to many friends and family.

Morgan Animal Hospital is a first class practice. Dr. Morgan and all staff go out of their way to make you and your pet as comfortable as possible. When the time finally came to have our dog put down, the entire process was handled with the utmost care and compassion. I have recommended many friends and acquaintances to Morgan Animal Hospital and would not go anywhere else in Niagara Falls.

The vet assistants were very nice and they have very convenient hours. Those are the only positive things I can say regarding this clinic. I was charged a RIDICULOUS amount of money and they did not solve the problem with my cat. No follow up at all after the appt and a lot of attitude was given to me by the vets themselves. The owner and head vet actually blamed my cats problems on ME because he couldn't find a solution. Complete waste of time and money. I had to pay my bill IN FULL on my first visit otherwise they would not release my cat! (whom they were boarding). I was extremely disappointed in their service and actually made a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
