	4/1/11	2	2	2	2	first, rude and impatient on the phone, when i went there, staff looks like they didn't know anything about animal, dr. was not friendly, didn't listen, he even told me to be quiet, but he couldn't find where was wrong with my dog. they are not patient, not loving and caring at all.
