Terrible people. They dont care about their staff if they actually did they might of had some decent people stay. But they treat staff like garbage so I can imagine how good they are to our dogs. ....not good

We have been going here for almost 30 years. Dr P is excellent, informed, open minded and responsive to your questions and suggestions. Will research further on any issue and is good to make referrals to specialists if you ask. She truly cares - will answer calls after hours, text to check in on concerning issues. She rejoices with us, and has mourned with us when we lost precious pets. I would not go anywhere else with my dear pets - 4 in all: two dogs and two cats. All cared for, and all loved. No pressure, no guilt. Great team!

Dr,Patterson and her lovely staff are friendly professional and informative,my little cockapoo Sophie had to get dental work, and a growth removed from her eyelid,they were just amazing at putting my mind at rest before and after surgery ,dr Patterson rang personally to see if Sophie was recovering well and l I feel that says a lot about her ,she made me feel I could ring her anytime if I got worried , my dog is healthy happy and I highly recommend this wonderful team and I'm glad my dog is being looked after by them,

Excellent vet and staff.Have been a customer for eleven years and would highly recommend this animal hospital.Also have boarding facilities which are good as well.

Dr. Patterson has cared for all of my family pets and has always been there for us when we needed her, even if it was after hours. Unlike many other vets she actually takes time out of her day to answer your phone calls and never leaves you waiting nor will she turn you away if she's closing. If she feels she can't answer you right away she does research on the topic for you and gets back to you within a day. She truly loves what she does. Her staff is as welcoming and friendly as she is. They never, unlike other receptionists, diagnose or make rude/judgmental comments on the phone or in person. I'm very lucky to have found a clinic as awesome as this one.

If you are fortunate enough to have Dr. Paterson as your vet, you will have a 20,30,40 yr. relationship with her.Mine is 35 and she has cried and laughed with me through it all. If your pet could talk they'd say "I love you" and her response "I love you more"

Dr. Patterson and staff are really fantastic. Dr. P will take the time to call you personally to discuss issues your pet may be having and she will also call at times when there is no issue, just to check in. She is genuinely caring, interested and helpful. I have been taking my dogs here for over 20 yrs (yikes, time flies)and consider them instrumental in my pets care. Richard is fantastic as a groomer as well. My dog loves him!

We have been a client for many years with different dogs. Wonderful vet and staff. Their love for the animals is obvious! Would recommend this clinic to all small pet owners.

Have been going here for over 20 years with cats and now puppy. Dr. P and staff are wonderful - responsive and great follow-up. Often wish I could get a Family Physician that provided this type of care!

The staff is good but the vet is terrible and you can feel the tension between them when you walk in. If you don't spend money she treats you horribly and gets very rude. Prices are way too high for what you get and when you get your bill it's like hundreds of dollars more than you thought! I do not recommend this place at all!

Im not actually a client at this clinic but when the city of mississauga refused to come pick up a stray cat and her kitten i'd found in my yard, I came to this clinic in search of advice. The staff were eager to help, within 15 minutes their technician had come to my home and picked up the 2 cats. I think that their passion for an animals welfare shined through. And if I were to get a pet this would be the first place I would go. If they were so eager to help me who isnt even a client I can only imagine how they treat their clients. Thank you to all the staff and doctor for helping no only me but the cats that day

We brought our dog and cat here for 2 years. While the staff was very polite they never knew how to answer any of our questions and always had to refer to the Dr. to get an answer. The Dr. is always late, no matter when your appointment is booked for. Dr. patterson never apologizes for being late and always seems to be in a hurry. Whenever we ask her a questions she doesn't seem to know how to answer. Overall I am very dissapointed with the service we received form Mc Cleary and are currently looking for a net vet.
