We tried this vet and found them to be very expensive and rude! The staff was extremely unfriendly and have since heard from neighbours that is the reputation. Luckily there is another vet in town who is wonderful and well liked.

Unfortunately we took our dog here and he was totally misdiagnosed. His symptoms were typical of the disease and the disease is common in this area. The medication given masked his symptoms for the next three weeks. Luckily when the symptoms resurfaced we were in the city and rushed the dog to Guelph. I wrote a letter to this clinic but never heard anything back form them. There are several vets in this town, try going somewhere else for better service.
