Dr. Forbes put my beautiful cat on a low protein Kidney Diet from Hills Prescription at $85. per case. Ultimately over the last 4 years, following Dr. Schultz' sale of his Vet clinic to Dr. Forbes ( Dr. Evil ), my 23 year old cat had be be euthanized. I was Brainwashed in believing that this was the only answer to her broken Femur...which I beleive it was. Unknowingly, The reason why my Senior Cat broke her femur was because Dr. Forbes and Dr. Schultz wrongly caused her injury by protien starving her after all these years. Then to add insult to injury Dr. Schultz was so embarrassed by her emaciated body due to lack of protein, that he did not recommend surgery for my lovely senior cat. Both Dr. Schultz, and Dr. Forbes must have their license revoked immediately!

This clinic was recommended to me by a neighbour. I live in the High area. He assured me that their reasonable rates would make the 35 minute driving trip worth my while. I called ahead to inquire about the rate per service that I could expect to pay. For example, I knew that both of my cats would require a bi-annual flea injection. The receptionist was very reluctant to itemize costs. I was put on hold a number of times and when she returned to the phone, the exasperation was clear in her voice. I was left with the impression that she felt that I valued my costs over the health and well-being of my pets. In reality, I was only trying to budget for their care and avoid any surprise costs which in my experience, happen more often than not at the vets office. Overall it was an okay experience. The vet was knowledgable and attentive and my diligence with the Receptionist paid off as my bill was in line with my expectations.

Every time I've taken my dog here, they take her to the back to do something small but the bill is always high! I will not be going back here.

Horrible experience !! Stay away from this place!! the clinic sent out a 'free exam' coupon; so I decided to check out the vet's to see how good they were. Well, when I tried to leave, they said the coupon was only for 'healthy' animals - there was nothing wrong with my kitten; so I had to pay the $59 exam fee (nuts). Plus; they called me twice the day before my appointment to insure I was on time and on the day of my appointment I was left waiting for over 30 min - and the vet finally came only after I insisted in seeing her. her reply was that since they were a hospital, I should 'get used' to waiting an hour and a half, or more, to see a vet. She added that I should go to a 'smaller vet' if I wanted appointments made on time. I will NEVER go back to this place!!! RIP OFF; Unethical; FALSE ADVERTISING;

I have only very good things to say about this clinic. I have used there routine veterinary services as well as emergency and have been very pleased. The veterinarians are all very knowledgable and compassionate. The front staff are not as friendly as I would like, but once you get to meet the technicians and doctors it more than makes up for it. I plan on recommending them to everyone I know.

I brought my cat here at about 3am because she wasn't feeling too well. I left the hospital feeling like the Doctor wasn't sure of himself or what to do with my baby. The Doctor gave her fluids and I decided to leave and wait until another hospital opened that next morning, it wasn't that long as it took over an hour to see a Doctor. I spent a few hundred dollars and almost three hours in that hospital. I won't go back.

My husband and I lodged our dog here several times. Each and every time, the animal hospital added massive emergency medicine costs to the price of lodging...without informing us that there were ever any issues with our dog. I don't honestly believe that our dog was ever ill, as each time we returned from our trips, our dog was just the way we left her. Although there was one time when we returned, she was bleeding from her tummy when they brought her out to us. When we asked them what on earth had happened to our dog, they just ignored our questions and asked if we would be paying by cash or visa....!!! Stay as far away from this place as you can. Since finding another boarding kennel, I have heard terribly sad things concerning Woodbridge Animal Hospital.
