We have been taking our animals to this clinic for 30 years. Dr. Sohi is an excellent veterinarian and the staff are very professional and caring. It is comforting to know that our pets are in good hands and you are not getting ripped off. Our mini schnauzer just had 18 teeth removed this week and we are once again very grateful to Dr. Sohi and his staff for their kindness and understanding. it is much appreciated!!!

Great vet. I have been bringing my pets there for over 10 years. I live in Orangeville and drive 45 minutes to get my 4 dogs the treatment i know i can trust. I originally started going there when i was looking for somewhere to spay some feral cats that were spitting out babies close to a place i worked. He told me i was "doing a very good thing" and reduced the costs for me. Some might be slightly put off by his direct approach (maybe it is perceived as being a little too blunt?)- but i prefer a straight up answers. He is a kind and very compassionate man who cares about animals as well as people. His staff are great. Another time i had my old dog there for IV fluids (kidney disease) and when i arrived unannounced to see how my buddy was doing- i went back to the holding area i saw that they had covered him up with a small blanket while he slept. When you have 4 dogs, you visit the vet a fair bit, so this isn't just a 'single visit/bad first impression' review.

Horrible place! Brought my kitty in because he was urinating blood, after keeping him overnight and doing tests (extremely over-priced). He was diagnosed with bladder stones, which I had to find out about in the waiting room when the vet said to the assistant, "they're here for the stone cat". Extremely unprofessional. The vet is very rude and told me to "save him the trouble" and bring my cat somewhere else for the surgery because I asked him for a copy of the xray to get a second opinion. A good vet would encourage you to get another opinion and certainly wouldn't be a jerk about it. I will never bring any of my pets there again.

My dog has had constant ear infections and after a culture and expensive meds NOTHING has changed. Changed his diet by 180 degrees, no change. His prices have tripled over the last few years and the compassion they used to have is long gone. They keep stringing us along for more expensive meds over and over again. Going to dump this fool and check out Dixie Road. If you truly care about your pets. Don't Go here. Reception area is dumpy, facilities are dated and I can look down the hall and see them working on animals in the hall!!! Pathetic and unclean.

I've been taking my bulldog to Dr. Sohi for a few years now. I think he's great. Always honest with options, breakdown of costs and what they are for. I find he extremely well priced. Especially his general visit cost and vaccines. Compare it to other vets in the area and you will see for yourself. This is a small clinic but has all it needs. Once my dog was there for a week and they let me come visit everyday. My dog is always happy to go there. All the staff love him and give him lots of love.

Have been taking my frenchie here for 4 years. Most people I know take their pets here. Could not disagree more with negative comments. Dr. Sohi is caring, listens to all our freaked out questions and has always taken good care of our dog. Would strongly recommend this clinic

I recommended my parents bring their very sick cat to lakeridge to get a second opinion. The doctor recommended doing the humane thing. He said spending thousands on treatments would only prolong their pets suffering for a few more months. They were sad but realised the doctor had the animals qality of life in mind. Thanks to the staff.

I took my kitten here as a emergency since she had swallowed thread. The doctor saw the thread, did not even TRY to do SOMETHING TO HELP MY KITTEN all he wanted was MONEY. Didnt even propose we could work out something out financially, just plain out said $1000 down and ill work with her. My kitten has passed.

Brought my cat here due to an ear infection called pseudomonas.Vet ran lab tests and gave us something for her ear which cost quite alot of money. Her ear did not improve at all after following the treatment he suggested. He then told us on a follow up visit that this type of ear infection is not something that can be cured. At this point I decided this vet is not to be trusted and we took her elsewhere. The new vet treated our girl and within 2 weeks she was like new. We haven't had any subsequent ear infections in 2 years now. The vet at Lakeridge was simply trying to string us along after overbilling us for the testing and vet visits. Do not trust this guy, he is unethical and does not care about the animals he treats.
