We have been seeing dr. Swei for more than 10 years for my pets (2 cats, 1 dog). Our experience with dr. Swei and staff was always very pleasant. Both the doctor and the staff were very caring and gentle with all my pets. The services are a little on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for. We moved out of Mississauga area 9 years ago but we continued to come to dr. Swei even if that means about 45 min. driving for a visit - it's worth it. A year ago our oldest cat (20 years old) passed away and we had to take him to an emergency clinic (with 24/7 services) for the funeral services. Although dr. Swei was not part of this process, once he found out about it, he took the time to call us and express his condolences for our loss, which, I think, it was a VERY nice thing to do.

I have been going to this clinic for over 8 years and I find Dr Swei to be an excellent vet doctor. He really cares about the animals and their welfare. He also does not try to gouge his clients like a lot of other clinics. The staff are wonderful and extremely helpful. Trust my animals to this clinics care completely.

I have been taking my dogs and cats to this clinic for several years now. I had dealt with a few other veterinarians previously and none were as caring and compassionate as Dr.Swei is. He has always treated us with nothing but kindness and I am certain that he truly cares for each and every one of his patients. The hospital is bright and clean and the staff are all very friendly. As for the prices, I believe that you "get what you pay for" and I feel that the quality of care and services we have received time and again, is worth every cent. I trust Dr.Swei completely with the health and care of our four-legged family members.

I would like to bring up a few things about this hospital. I have been a customer for years and have seen its ups and downs. First off I want to thank dr swei and staff for saving my dog a few months ago. We almost ended up at emerg one night but thankfully they got us in. Saved our loving dog and our pocketbook. I believe the previous reviews are about one staff member in particular. It is true that she would rather get out her latest story about her kids and weekend activities than discuss anything to do with my pet. I've encountered this several times with her and have been interrupted when asking questions so I would suggest for anyone to try to deal with either janice or sharon as they are a great deal more professional. When it comes to animals being taken away for tests I can testify that my dog is very bad and squirmy when I am in the room but he behaves better when I am not around. Dr swei is a great vet it is unfortunate his own employee has brought so much negativity.

Been coming here for a while and service good and vet ok but lately I am not satisfied. Last time when I bought food I asked the girl a question about my dog for the vet because I saw he was not with anyone and the other staff let me ask him questions before but she told me useless things about her dogs and kids instead then said ok goodbye and WALKED AWAY. This is the same girl that messed up my bill before and tried to blame me. When my dog had his blood test done she snatched him from my arms and disappeared for a while and then I hear her yelling at him in the back SIT SIT STOP. He came back so scared and shaking. She laughed at me when I asked if he was ok and she said he was so good but I know what I heard her yelling to him. I wanted to talk to the vet about why he is shaking but she said he is fine and dont worry about it. She wouldn't let me ask the professional I came to see. I don't trust this place with my money or dog anymore. Will be looking for better service

I have 3 dogs and they are so well treated. Each has a different personality, and Dr. Swei and his staff adjust beautifully to each of them. I have been going there for almost 7 years, and since Dr. Swei took over, I wouldn't go anywhere else. We moved, and I drive 35 minutes to get there. Dr. Swei listens to me, respects that I know my dogs, and speaks to me in English, explaining the 'science', so that I can make informed decisions. And the support staff are exactly that... supportive. I'm involved in rescue, so have dealt with many veterinarians and clinics, and Dr. Swei and his staff are still my favourite.

I have been taking my 6 year old maltese (princess)to see Dr Swei for a few years now and I've never been disappointed. He's always able to answer my questions and I've never felt pressured into anything. I always feel welcome. The staff are friendly and helpful to both myself and princess. I know she's in good hands-would recommend.

Always treats patients like royalty, and takes time to examine. Wonderful Hospital. have been going there for over 5 years
