Loved the personal attention Spencer gets when he comes in for his check up. We love that the Dr Carol keeps our dog healthy and doesn't just treat the symptoms

We felt both a lack of empathy and that we were always being financially exploited. Her "bedside manner" is also jarring.

She has been wonderful with our 12yr old Chi/Rat and has excellent ideas for keeping her happy while having terminal cancer with out giving you false hope....we love her??????

Dr. Carol and her staff went out of their way to make sure my little guy got the best care around when he got into something at home. I came home to find my dog sick crawling on the floor basically unable to move. I was able to bring Oscar in at 5:30 on a Thursday Dr Carol is still able to get him treated. Fast forward a couple days and ask her is back to his old self and I couldn't be happier. Thank you dr. Carol

When you really care about what is ailing your pet you should see Dr. Carol. The doctor is very thorough and concise, she also does not mince words. She will tell you exactly what is wrong with your Dog in my case (or cat), and how to proceed with treatments that actually take care of the problem. I was recommended to Dr. Carol after two other clinics were not able to help Smokey. Her clinic is spotless and in my case she spent almost an hour after the exam explaining what was wrong and how she would proceed with treatment. So far after 3 months Smokey is doing much better, he even has started to regrow hair that i thought would never come back!

I couldn't agree more with the one reviewer who spoke to her bedside manner. I found her to be very abrasive. She was very condescending as well. I have the sweetest Chihuahua and told her she was sensitive, but when she started to examine her and my dog yelped a bit, the "Doctor" jumped and was nervous. Does she not see dogs on a daily basis? And she got nervous over a little Chihuahua? This dog is as mellow as they come. She's not a yapping, ankle-biter! Then she wanted to put a "nose band" on her. Excuse me but I've never heard of that so when asked she very sarcastically replied " it's a band that goes around her nose." She asked me to leave because I was making her nervous! I left, but made my friend stay. I was also told one price and left paying $75 more. I'm talking about looking at her previous blood work and a 5 minute exam. $227! And for what?? VERY UNHAPPY with this woman. I would never take my dog there again, nor would I recommend her!

First off, she makes you sign a waiver that says she is not responsible for harming your pet (huge red flag). She had no bedside manner - she was physically rough with my incredibly gentle pet. Throughout the exam, she scolded me for placing my things here or there, or trying to comfort my pet. She left the exam door open, so another animal ended up wandering in and scaring my pet. She kept scoffing at me as though I didn't take good care of my pet, even though I had medical records for every year of my pet's life and always keep up with her health. Overall, the dr. was strange, rough, demanding, and a snob. I'm all for complementary medicine but I will never go back to her nor would I recommend her to anyone else.

She acted afraid of my dogs and told me one of them needed cosmetic surgery! She told me she would need me to leave the room and sedate my dogs in order to examine them. I'm not even sure she is a vet! Do not take your animal to her!
