It is reassuring to have a 24/7 animal hospital so close to where we live. Our dog is a member of our family. Rates are reasonable.

I found the receptionists, especially 2 of them, exeptionally unprofessional and very rude. Dr. Mudrick is not well versed with cats as he may be with dogs. If there is a problem brought to his attention from a client re his staff, he will stick up for the staff no mater how dispicable. If the problem occurs again, he will tell the client to go elsewhere and if you raise your voice from the discusting way you have been treated, Dr. Mudrick will tell you not to come back and if you do his staff are instructed to call the "police". This is a man who definately has issues. I have never been treated by any business in such a manner. My cat, BTW, is extremely ill and all they cared about was the complaint over one of the rude staff. ***DO NOT GO THERE***
