This vet mutilated our kitten's left foot during surgery to declaw her and will not accept resposibility. Our kitten's left little toe was cut too short and was dislocated; the next toe was broken. Neither Banfield or Dr. Patrone would acknowledge their wrong doing. We had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as we were ignored by Banfield, Dr. Patrone and their local office. Do not use this office if you value your pets!
