Our dog was having rear spine issues(dragging both rear legs) as he was not that old 8, we went to a vet clinic and where we were told could be fixed for $5000.00 dollar surgery.(No way). My daughter told me her boss went to Greenbank and they were able to fix his dog with a similar problem.She said they could do acupuncture. I have had this done myself and I believe in it totally. So we took Mojo in and after an assessment they had him up and running again after three treatments. Total cost under $200.00.(some time ago 12yrs)Mojo was heath free for another 8 years before his age caught up with him and Greenbank veterinary was able to help us with that in a very professional and caring way. Imagine that. We have continued since,to take our pets in. I would very highly recommend Their services to anyone with a pet problem.

Greenbank Veterinary Services Ltd. botched the TransCervical Insemination (TCI) on my dog. I watched on the monitor as the tech flushed the thawed frozen semen out of the uterus, obliterating the screen. The veterinarian yelled Not so Fast, yet the veterinarian later claimed that she had no concerns about the procedure. This Clinic promotes Surgical Implants, over TCI. Surgical implants, major surgery, are now banned in the UK and Europe. Greenbank failed to follow a number of standard TCI insemination steps they were trained to do by the company of the TCI equipment. Greenbank thawed the semen too early, instead of after the catheter was inserted. The endoscopic equipment was not set up ahead, so I had to wait in the hallway. The endoscope dripped liquid instead of being dry, so may have had residual semen destroying disinfectant. Insemination did not occur the day after progesterone reached 10 nGm as recommended by renowned UK University reproduction professor. Do not use this clinic

Dr. Ann Greenbank is an exceptional vet. She is extremely knowledgeable and caring. She takes the time to go over any questions and will use herbal remedies when traditional drugs are not working. I would not trust my pets to any one else - and the staff are excellent!

Let me start by saying that my dog Jack was my best friend. The day that we found out that he had bone cancer was one of the worst days of my life. I was terrified that I wouldn't be able to afford the help that Jack needed and then I found Dr. Rivas. With honesty and integrity she helped me navigate the last few beautiful months of Jacks life and when it was time for him to leave this beautiful world she was by our side. I'm so thankful for her and her team. I couldn't have asked for a better Doctor for my most trusted companion.

I met Dr. Greenbank in 1998, for a second opinion on one of my dogs. I haven't been to another vet since then. I have used most of the clinic's services: annuals, acupuncture, chiropractic, muscle testing, reproductive, surgeries, Chinese herbs, health screening, emergency care, euthanasia, and countless consults. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, empathetic, and very kind. You can tell that they all have a deep love for animals. My dogs (14 past and present) love going, and will pull me INTO the clinic! I highly recommend Dr. Greenbank and Dr. Rivas.

I took my dog in to have a lump on his side looked at just over a year ago, and I was treated as though my concerns were not important or legitimate. The reception staff was great, but Dr. Greenbank was rude and dismissive with me. A year later when it was time for my dogs annual check up, I decided to go with a different vet, who I also had examine the lump. The new vet has now found that this lump that was previously dismissed by Dr. Greenbank is actually cancerous, and that my dog has more masses inside his belly. We are now going through the process of testing and scheduling him for surgery in the next week. Had Dr. Greenbank listened my concerns, this could have been dealt with over a year ago, and maybe his cancer wouldn't have spread. Avoid this vet. They do not care about you or your pet, and are only interested in the money in your wallet.

We started going to this vet when our other one was unable to fit us in for an emergancy. That was 4 years ago and numberous pets later. Dr Greenbank is fantastic and knows her stuff and doesn't do things unless needed. Her staff is always very caring. I wouldn't take my animals anywhere else.

They botched euthanizing my dog and his last memories were one of pain caused by the clinic versus going peacefully and quietly. There was no apology, the vet just ran out of the room and has never even contacted. Just charged the $$ for the service as if nothing untoward occurred. My last memories are so very painful of my dog crying in pain.

Best Vets in Edmonton! Dr. Rivas was so helpful and patient with my puppies and myself. I have only had good experiences with them and would never go to another clinic. The rates are also much lower then other offices in my area so that helps my wallet but the the care we receive is priceless!

My only concern is the one vet. Went in with a dog which had an ear condition and owning and breeding dogs for years know treatment. Wanted some Antibiotics and was told to keep ear clean for a week and come back. I told the vet I had already been doing this and the dog was suffering but she basically told me I was not a vet and to do as she says. Have since not returned
