Took our 2 year old German shepherd here.She was not eating and seemed lethargic. The appointment was at 10am. After checking her out and doing blood work, he told me she must have got into something but she will be fine. gave me some pills canned dog food and bill for $450.At 6 pm that day she passed away.

have been going to this clinic for years and have sent many people here as i find the staff very caring and friendly , both Dr Kalers are knowledgeable and also caring and friendly and not over priced

After doing my research with which vet to visit, I decided to give this clinic a try after a dozen bad experiences with other vets. The staff were friendly. The vet seemed caring for my dog as he is the only one that actually takes the time to do basic checks correctly. He actually shuts off the light to look to use a light to look into my dog's eyes and stretches her legs carefully to check for any limb problems, and takes the time to listen quietly to her heart rate, and does not shove down whatever expensive medicine your dog doesn't need. The first visit I had a 15% discount as well. This is a great clinic. I dealt with the older Dr. (the owner) but his son is taking over also graduated from Vet school, so not too sure about his service if it will keep up to quality and value.

Dr. Manjit Kaler has been our family's Vet since 2002and we could not be happier! His knowledge, experience and his kind and patient style is valued beyond words. He has always given us service that surpasses our expectations and we've referred many of our friends to him as well. And they are still Dr. Kaler's clients too. I highly recommend that you visit North Bluff Animal Hospital for the care of your fur-family.

I went to Dr. Kaler after reading the reviews. He was very honest and was looking for the best interest of our dog more than his financial gain. We would have spent anything to keep our dog but Dr.Kaler truly cared about his best interest. We would highly recommend him and will continue to go to him with out new puppy!

High staff turnover speaks volumes for any business. Despite good medical care for your pets, having an ability to interact respectfully and with tact towards human beings is key. Lots of other options in this area.

Dr. Kaler is an awesome vet. He is compassionate , friendly and does what is best for you pet and not his profit line. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a caring vet for their pet.

I have had many dealings with Dr. Kaler and his staff. It started with my 17 year old cat, Mojo. I had just moved to White Rock and I found an ad for "Penninsula Village Vet". Took him there and was given the wrong medications and my cat was acting strange. The doctors there did not seem to care. I wanted second opinion and took him to "North Bluff". I was immediately impressed! Dr. Kaler took his time and found things the other vet missed plus found the medication was wrong. He did tests and found a small growth. I continued taking him there until, unfortunately Mojo had to be put down. He is currently treating my other cat, Katie. Dr. Kaler had to operate as she had bladder stones that could not be disolved with diet. She did well and Dr. Kaler and his staff are wonderful to deal with. They ALL truley care about our pets...I would NEVER take any future pet anywhere else! I am always amazed with the highest level of care. The staff, in particular, Aliza and Alex go way above and bey

Girlfriend choose this vet based on really high ratings, decided to go with her and our newly adopted kitten to see how clinic was as looking for a local clinic for my cat too. We were able to get the examination for free since it was a SPCA adoption. The Doctor was super friendly and had my kind of approach to medicine, only give what is needed when absolutely necessary, for example, he doesn't want to over vaccinate or over anti-botic (not that we needed this). Because we have two cats, and doing boarding we needed to have one vaccine given that wasn't done by the SPCA. Super affordable and we even got a promotional backpack full of free goodies. Vet tech was also very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return.

A wonderful vet and a caring staff combines to make this the place to take our 4 legged family member. Their dedication to what they do is obvious and it is greatly appreciated. When we thought it may be time to consider surgery for our dog, Dr. Kaler suggested we wait and explained his rationale. This is a professional who puts his patients first, not his pay cheque. Friends recommended him to us and we now recommend him to others.

They are so friendly and Dr. Kaler is a great vet who gives you all the time you need. We have 4 dogs and 3 cats that go there within our family and cannot say anything other than it is a great place that cares about our beloved pets.

My husband and I absolutely love Dr.Kaler. When we first got our dog in Surrey, the breeder recommended him. Even if we live in Burnaby, we choose to go to his clinic because we trust him. He never makes you feel that you're rushed out the door. He always listens to our concerns, answers our questions, explains sypmtoms and cause so easy to understand, and most of all, we can feel that he truly cares about our dog... not like some vets who cares about making money. He is the best of the best!

The staff & Dr. Kaler are great. You come in, there is barely a wait. They don't encourage you to buy the "vet" food, which affects their bottom line poorly, but keeps people like me coming back! You speak to Dr. Kaler, he is calm and polite. My cat, who barely travels by car and was stressed out of her mind, purred and rubbed against him as he prodded her belly. I was shocked. He prescribed vet food, but when I mentioned money was an issue, he coached me on what to look for in pet store foods. When he first started in his White Rock practice, I brought him a spooked rabbit with a badly sprained ankle. He admitted he didn't know rabbits very well, but my rabbit vet was closed and I was desperate. He calmed my rabbit and myself down, treated her with a cast meant for a cat, and healed us both. He is great!

Dr. Kaler has been my vet since he first started his practice here. I am very satisfied with the care we have received. He is always very kind and really listens to your concerns. I could not ask for a better veterinarian.

I love taking my cats to Dr. Kaler! He is very thorough with my cats, very gentle with them and my cats are very comfortable with him. The staff are very nice and friendly as well. Dr. Kaler has pulled a couple of my cats through situations I did not expect them to survive, but he has bought more quality of life time for them. I trust Dr. Kaler completely with my cats, we've been going there for a number of years now and he's taken care of a couple of my cats until the end of their days. My 2 cats lived to beyond the natural life span of a cat thanks to Dr. Kaler and his expertise. I currently have a 16 year old and a 9 year old cats still with me and he again has surprised me with the older one still going as he started getting ill, but Dr. Kaler pulled yet another one through to live a quality life with his ailments. Thanks Dr. Kaler and staff, you're the best and you get my top rating!

We choose to drive from surrey to white rock keep Dr.Kaler as our vet. The staff members are kind and caring, and Dr. Kaler has always been very thorough and gentle with our animals. He is the only vet I have seen check the reflexes of a cat! He takes the time to listen to any concerns, and isn't about trying to rush you out the door. While the clinic is a smaller one, the people who work there genuinely care about the animals they treat. One of our cats was perscribed an immune booster medicine to be on for the rest of his life (by another vet, who sold the stuff) due to respiratory issues, and Dr. Kaler let us know that without giving the immune system a chance to develop the proper antibodies to fight infection, our kitty would keep getting sick. He took him off the meds and gave our little guy had a chance to get healthy naturally, and he has stayed that way since. By far, this is the best veterinary clinic in the area.
