This is a terrific clinic. They provide excellent care, and do not over-investigate. Dr. Shilton takes the time to talk in detail about our pets' problems, and listens carefully when we talk about what we are seeing and what worries us. His follow up is also excellent! All of the staff that we have interacted with have been friendly and great with the animals. We are VERY happy with this clinic, and with the are that they provide.

We had the most wonderful experience at Dr. Shilton's clinic this morning as part of our pet Oscar's first visit. Oscar is our three month old Labrador retriever.
We are all so very happy to know that Oscar's care is in great hands and appreciate it very much. Right from the reception, to the physical check, administering medicine Dr. Shilton made us very comfortable and patiently answered all our questions, putting our minds at ease. We would like to pass on special thanks to all the staff at the clinic. Similar to Dr.Shilton, they provided the best friendly and interactive experience and very patiently answered all our questions. Oscar and us will cherish these first visit memories for a very long time. Wishing you and your clinic good luck in everything that you do.

We are so glad to have found this vet clinic! We went to a different vet for several years, and finally decided to get a second opinion after a $2000 quote for a dental for our cat. Dr. Shilton's office was AMAZING! His front desk staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and Dr. Shilton takes time with each client -- but plans for it, so clients are not left waiting (our old vet would often keep us waiting for 40 minutes or more). Dr. Shilton has been terrific with all of our pets - we love this clinic! Oh -- and the dental for our cat was less than $700 for the same services quoted by our old vet, confirming that this was the right move for our pets and us.

Dr Shilton always checks in after every visit, especially when one of my dogs had suffered from diarrhea earlier this year. Dr Shilton had answered my emergency questions outside of office hours quite a few time and was able to accommodate a couple of last minute appointments to make sure my dog was all right. The staff is very nice and helpful. I couldn't find my dog's vaccine records for boarding serves. I was very impressed that Dr. Shilton's assistant responded my email and provide all the records in 5 minutes! I would highly recommend this vet clinic.

Dr Shilton is the best Vet that I have been too. He cares very deeply about all of his patients. He explains everything clearly and provides copies of x rays and reports. The clinic is open until 6:00 in the evenings and Saturdays and Sundays. Dr Shilton and his staff took very good care of my cat until the end of his life. I have recommended Whitemud Crossing Animal Hospital to everyone I know.

Dr. Sheldon was amazing veterinarian. staff was friendly and I can say I will not change my vet at all. Highly recommended. We have two dogs one is cross terrier and other one is my pomeranian. Cross terrier used to be in other vet clinic, we decided to transfer all his record to this clinic with my pomeranian as I am very happy with the service and really affordable price. I have recommended this store to all my friends. Dr. checked our dogs and treat them very well. he knows what he is doing and he has a great knowledge of pretty much everything.

I highly reccomend Whitemud Crossing Animal Hospital! Dr Shilton is an awesome vet - knowledgeable, thorough and very kind to my pets and to us too! He always checks in after a visit to see how my pets are doing. The staff are great, the facilities are clean and well-equipped, and it's easy to get there. I can't say enough good things about it!

I highly recommend Whitemud Crossing Animal Hospital and Dr. Shilton Cheriaparambil. Our 14 year old Manx cat suffers from megacolon and over the last couple of years Dr. Shilton has been very compassionate with Tommy and knows exactly what procedure has to be done and how to do it. During a recent episode we took Tommy to a different Animal Hospital and the Vet there was unable to perform the necessary procedure successfully and wanted us to return and pay an additional large sum of money and put Tommy under a general anesthetic and told us that Tommy might not survive. The next day we took Tommy back to Dr. Shilton and within 30 mins Dr. Shilton had Tommy's colon free and clear without sedation or anesthetic. A great big "Thank you!" to Dr. Shilton. The staff is very friendly, the hospital is clean, and there's ample parking.

I dropped in with no appointment, first thing on a Saturday morning, and Dr.Shilton was very accommodating. I was seen right away, which was a relief b/c of my urgent situation. The doctor provided a couple options on how we could help treat my dog, and a rough idea of cost for both services. I did not feel pressured, and felt that my dog was in good hands when left at the clinic for further testing. Prices are also reasonable.

Dr. Shilton and his staff are always friendly. The clinic is always clean. Prices are affordable.
He offered an additional solution to our dog’s problem, it seems to be working and is much more affordable. Our previous vet just offered one solution which was quite expensive and wasn’t working. I phoned Dr. Shilton because our pharmacy didn’t keep the medication he prescribed, he came back to me within half an hour with pharmacies and contact information where I could find the medication. He followed up a couple of times with a phone call to see how our dog is doing and if the medication is working and to give some additional advice. He always gives a quote before doing bloodwork, etc.
I highly recommend this clinic!

Dr. Shilton has been the best vet I've ever had. He truly cares for your pets best interests even if it means sending you to someone else because of expertise. I recently took my cat in because she wasn't feeling well, without any appointment he took a look at my cat and ran some tests, a few hours later he called back and I went to go pick her up, he told me how serious the complications were and the specifics about how complicated the surgery would be, he suggested a few options and already had quotes from them on how much it would be. I eventually went with the option that was most affordable for me which turned out being Dr Shilton doing the surgery on thanksgiving at no extra charge. I am so grateful to him and would recommend him and his vet for the many times we've been there and everything he has done for our pets.

The staff at Whitemud Crossing are friendly, calm and caring. Believe it or not my puppy loves visiting the vet. We feel very lucky to have such a wonderful facility so convenient to our home.

I have been taking my cat to Dr. Shilton for almost 3 years now. He and his staff are professional, welcoming, and extremely helpful. Being a hospital, they are well equipped to perform all the service I have required so far. They are very accommodating and I can always get an appointment within a couple days, if not same day. Veterinary services are never cheap, but I have found their prices reasonable compared to other clinics in the area. My cat is now 17, and the staff are definitely a huge reason why she is in such good health at her advanced age! I have already recommended their services to several of my friends.

I am a foster home for rescue dogs and have seen hundreds through surgery. I took a chihuahua in here for spay. Despite the meds giving in clinic she was incredibly painful that night. She was falling asleep sitting up because it hurt too much to lie down. I tried to ease her down and she screamed in pain. Later, when I was sitting with her, she rolled onto her back so I could see her belly. Her incision was quite long, crooked and poorly stitched. She was bruised all the way back to her vagina. I won't use this clinic again.

I have been taking my 3 rescue girls to see Dr Shilton for over a year and he has been such a wonderful vet for our family. He is very gentle, patient and kind as well as skilled and knowledgeable. I have referred several friends and family here as well, he is just a gem!

We had Dr Shilton come to our house to put down our 21 year old cat. He arrived on time, explained everything to our family (what to expect) and handled our cat like she was his! At this very hard time he was wonderful I can't imagine going to the office, him coming to our house was the best choice for our family and our 21 year old cat. We want to thank him again and would highly recommend him.

Dr. Shilton is a wonderful vet! I took my dog for teeth cleaning and he examined him before the procedure free of charge. He was gentle, kind and caring to my dog. The quote he gave me for cleaning was the same as the actual billing. The day after the cleaning, he called me at home to see how my dog was doing and to offer suggestions on how to care for my dog. How many vets do that? I would recommend Dr. Shelton to anyone that wants to be sure their pet is well cared for. The clinic was spotless and the staff were very friendly.

There is new management at this location with a new veterinarian. Dr. Shilton is always gentle with my Golden and always explains things fully. He even called to see how my baby was doing!! Definitely recommended.

Last week I took my dog for her annual vax. There was a new Vet. The service getting worse, I really miss Dr.Ibrahem the previous Vet. For sure I'll quite going to this clinic although the cost almost the same.

Staff seems to be only the vet as we have never seen a receptionist or anyone else. We called and scheduled our 1 year old Rottie to be spayed and the vet told us it would run $220. This afternoon we arrived to pick her up after surgery and the price was $560. Get your quote in writing before the treatment if you are going to go here. As for the surgery, my dog is miserable and crying tonight. Not sure if it's normal or not. I won't be back, I don't think a 250% price increase at time of pick up is extremely dishonest.
