I took my cat to this clinic because my vet was closed. The gum-chewing receptionist ignored me as I stood right I front of her with my cat howling in the carrier. Once in a room, we waited 30 minutes. The receptionists there are the assistants. The vet was middle eastern and spoke halting English, repeating himself frequently and using complicated terminology the whole time (for example, "radiograph" instead of "x-ray") They took digital xrays of my cat; 30 minutes later the vet came back. He said that the cat had eaten something that blocked his intestines, and immediate surgery was necessary, but he was about to go home for the day. I drove my cat two hours to the nearest emergency clinic. The cat was dying from kidney failure and was euthanized after a long night of efforts to save him. Banfield would have cut my cat open and he would have died of something completely unrelated. My experience at this clinic confirmed the horror stories I have always read about their vets.
