I took my lab with an obvious ear infection to this clinic for annual shots. She missed it completely. The visit, sedation, and medications were expensive, but reasonable. When I took her for her re-check, they charged 25.00 to look at a smear through a microscope. UNREASONABLE

Overall considered, Gaide Hospital is an excellent facility. Punctuality is not always good, but we must consider emergencies come first, like with any hospital whether it be for our pets or humans. 3 yrs ago, I had to put my little dachshund down due to a long time with diabetes....I was too emotional to take him inside and they assisted me in my vehicle. Now I am looking at my little companion with diabetes too and I cannot make her suffer through years of injections, so I will be visiting the hospital again. They even take time to send sympathy cards. GOOD PLACE to take your family members.
