Took our cat in for a "routine" exam. They cleaned his ears, an "optional" service, and staff punctured cat's ear drums. Our cat cannot walk, eat or use sand box. Took him back for diagnosis. They would not diagnose and they refused to take responsibility for the injury or compensate for an exam by another vetenarian (the other vet did diagnose punctured ear drum and gave us meds for vertigo, nausea, and pain, which are helping. Expensive Banfild annual plan for nothing!
