I also had a similar experience. At the time all my dog needed was a vaccine & not a full exam. They actually questioned me twice while in the lobby to verify that I would be skipping the exam. To make matters worse, the vet came out into the lobby to administer the vaccine. What a way to make a customer feel like a second class citizen! Needless to say, I now drive all the way to Short Pump for all of my dogs medical needs.

vets are great with my pets. but, on two occasions they have pushed for more money...one time they would not allow me to order my heartworm online, recently refused to give a vaccine cert unless i brought my dog in for ANOTHER visit (70+)even though they had not provided the cert at the time of the vaccine as expected. i am getting a new vet... i checked w 2 others and both say they would have faxed the cert to me.

Bright, friendly clinic and helpful, kind staff. They love my pet almost as much as I do! I would recommend this clinic to anyone- Dr. Washburn and her staff are wonderful
