We are very very happy dog owners. We brought Ollie and Comet in for an examination and immediately after walking in the door they were showered with lots of petting and treats from the staff. We felt very welcomed. The atmosphere is wonderful and you can't help but feel that you are in the right place for your little companions. Thank you Marla and Jana for making our boys feel super special. Dr. Knowler was very knowledgeable and treated the boys very well! She was thorough in her examination and always asked the right questions and even the fun ones. She made us laugh and made us feel like good pet owners. We were able to learn a lot of new things. Needless to say we all left very pleased and we will definitely be coming back, we had such a good first impression here at the clinic. Thank you to all the staff, and keep up the amazing work!

Dr. Jesmer is an excellent vet!! Too bad he's retired or retiring! Please clone before you leave altogether! Dr. Knowler is great too and is very knowledgeable. The staff are all friendly and courteous. They spend the tine to explain everything to you if you don't understand something. Love them and that's why I've been with them for at least 20 years!

We brought our senior dog in because she was experiencing pain and difficulty with stairs and was dragging one of her legs. The staff and veterinarian were wonderful with us and instead of ex-raying her and encouraging costly procedures, they worked with her with an anti-inflammatory and "bed rest." After a few days I had some questions and contacted the clinic where I spoke with the AHT who in turn put me through to the vet right away. He spent 30 minutes on the phone with me explaining her ruptured disc problem and things to watch out for should she get worse. They cared about her just as much as I do and took the time to spend with me. I absolutely love this clinic and all they are doing for us without looking at their pocketbook first. Thank you so much Castleridge. We are very grateful for the care and concern you have for our family members.

Excellent staff. Dr. Jesmer is thorough and attentive with good bedside manner and communication. The other DVMs are also good and the staff is helpful. We've been going there for years.

Impressive & good vet: I only visited there once for my cats' annual vaccine. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The vet (Dr. Heather Haakstad) was knowledgeable and confortable to ask any questions. Since my cats are indoor, she only gave them FCVRC ($90.86, which is bit more pricy than the other vet I went). I changed to the other vet closer to home (my cats HATE driving!), but I might go back to there.
