I've received nothing but excellent care for my animals here. The staff and vets take the time to listen to all concerns and explain procedures, medication options etc thoroughly (which is why punctuality got marked down a bit).

Doctor promised a surgery for my dog, that would be a 'miracle cure' for it's limp. After surgery, decided it needed another surgery. Still no success. Dog had about 70% use of leg before, and now no longer uses the leg and may as well have had it amputated. Vet claimed the dog was 'just a whimp', which is why the dog wouldn't use the leg. Wasted a lot of money, time, and pets pain and stress on vet.
