I am so very happy to have found a vet clinic who not only has amazing and knowledgeable staff who sincerely care about the animals ,they are reasonably priced s well. The vets are extremely good and talk you through everything. They give you plenty of choices on how to best help your furbabies. I will recommend this veterinary clinic to everyone I know who has a furbaby .

Get inconsistent diagnonese and treatment. One vet decided not to pull my 11yr old dogs chipped tooth. A year later, a different vet told me it should have been done when he was under for a tooth cleaning. For my other dog, one vet will permit eardrop refills and others insist on the 'cash grab' appointment so make my poor dog wait days before getting relief!!! I am now switching vets after 10 yrs.

My small dog underwent dental surgery. Was picked up in evening after being hydrated. No mention as to whether he could drink or not. Bad night, called in am and told to feed him softened food. Tried this but he vomited. Vet told me to take him to Emergency Clinic. Took him to my regular vet for anti nausea shot and hydration. Another bad night. Call Eldale but told to buy food from vet. Didn't want to see him. My dog couldn't retain any food but could drink a little water. 3rd day called Eldale in am. Still told to take him to Emergency Clinic that didn't open until 6pm. Took him back to my local vet who ran tests and eventually said that his throat was damaged and he couldn't swallow. We had to have our beloved pet euthanized. NO Duty of Care from Eldale. They took my money but didn't want to see the pet they had operated on. Untruths told when queries raised. I would never subject another pet of mine to this clinic.

This place has the most amazing Veterinarians & Staff, I have ever had to deal with! They are friendly, they explain, they have compassion and very very nice people. This is the only animal hospital I would ever trust with my dogs! The greatest care and service both to me and our dogs!!Our dogs were on death's door, these people not only are treating our girls, they are calling with updates a few times daily & even their answering service went above and beyond to help us when we found our girls had gotten very very ill over night. Thank you Eldale Staff!!

I've always had a dog, and have always taken them to this vet clinic. I recently had to have my darling pet put down, and I wasn't able to be there with him. The cost for the service seemed high to me, especially had I wanted to keep the ashes... which I would have like to do, but it was too costly. Prohibitive for the average income household ...I think that is very sad. I've heard of other vet clinics being less expensive, and also sending cards of sympathy days after. I've even heard of one place that went to the trouble to send a paw print . I have received nothing. My loss is new, and I'm still in a state of grief, but I wanted to let my feelings be known. Thank you for listening.
